I came here regularly when the original owner George was in charge. Charming guy who stopped what he was doing to yell Hello to everyone who walked in. The food was regular diner food that he elevated. Huge portions and decent price. He retired or left and people who worked for him took over. I rarely go now. I ate here today and ordered a soup, steak, and mashed potatoes with a side of gravy. And then I ordered three beers. Such an amazing diner! The employees there are so nice to the point they make you feel like family rather than a customer and the atmosphere of the diner is so calm and peaceful.
