Last 2 times I went I received expired items and they did not want to refund me. It seems like they’ve been selling expired items for a while now. It’s disgusting. I wouldn’t go back to this
I wasted my money today and am extremely disappointed. I ordered a medium butter pecan iced coffee with cream and got something whose taste I struggle to describe; the taste was extremely sweet as if it were mostly syrup and cream with 3 pumps of coffee. The cashier asked the young man who made my drink and he claims that he only put 3 pumps in the drink but I have been drinking this drink for several weeks now at at least 3 different DDs and NEVER has it tasted so off. This Dunkin is VERY hit or miss and it’s mostly miss. Their bagel twist taste so different than other locations, they are very skip on the drinks and they have the sugar behind the counter so when you ask they give you one. They don’t properly heat up food.
