This Dunkin is VERY hit or miss and it’s mostly miss. Their bagel twist taste so different than other locations, they are very skip on the drinks and they have the sugar behind the counter so when you ask they give you one. They don’t properly heat up food. Things I have gotten have been Luke warm and even just not warm at all.Not sure if the women who is there is the manager in the morning but she has a bit of an attitude and something just comes off as if we are bothering her. I never seen a male worker.Overall I go to that location when I NEED to because it’s not the first choice.

Last 2 times I went I received expired items and they did not want to refund me. It seems like they’ve been selling expired items for a while now. It’s disgusting. I wouldn’t go back to this

I wasted my money today and am extremely disappointed. I ordered a medium butter pecan iced coffee with cream and got something whose taste I struggle to describe; the taste was extremely sweet as if it were mostly syrup and cream with 3 pumps of coffee. The cashier asked the young man who made my drink and he claims that he only put 3 pumps in the drink but I have been drinking this drink for several weeks now at at least 3 different DDs and NEVER has it tasted so off. I took 2 sips and had to throw it away as there was no way I could drink that and I couldn't think of what they could do to fix it. No one offered to remake it or refund the money so in the garbage my $4.18 went. I will never return to this store, what a disappointment. It was so bad I was afraid to go to another DD and try again, I could still taste the coffee flavored sugar from this store. What's worse is I walked out the door right to my car that was parked at the hydrant right outside the door (my friend was sitting in the car) and sat there for about 10 minutes and still no one made any offers to correct the situation. So glad I had my receipt!Parking: There is usually no place to park on Westchester Ave but you may get lucky around the corner on Zerega.

As far as the Dunkin chain goes, this one is solid. Love their breakfast taco! Not a fan of the coffee but you know what you’re getting and this is consistent with the Dunkin brand. Great speedy and friendly service , thank you!

Lately the hot lattes have been warm and tasted off. I think they are cutting corners at this location.
Horrible customer service. I placed a big order and they didn't have a bag to out all the stuff in. Then i asked for paper bag, they handed it to me and i had to bag my own food. Coffee is always lukewarm. Because its in the neighborhood and walking distance i end up there once in 6 months and regret it.I always go to the Tremont location across Lehman school because their customer service is the best and after a few visits they know your name.

Long line and extremely long wait. The worst part is Ruma the employee sees it’s very busy but she still decides to give free food to her friend that just came in and didn’t even make the line or didn’t even pay.
