So happy to have a taste of the Bronx out here in CA. Local market carries the marble pound cake and it is exceptional. Reminds me of sitting in a diner in NYC after a meal and having a slice of pound cake and a cup of coffee. Expensive but worth it.
Ordered cookies through Amazon. Excited to receive them! (I love original B&W's) Arrived on my doorstep completely crushed and melted. Several of the individually packaged and sealed cookies were opened during transit and had become stale. Amazon DOES NOT offer refunds or replacements! $37.87 wasted.......UPDATE!Owners of this bakery contacted me personally when they learned of my terrible experience ordering through AMAZON. Tried for the first time at the hospital where my mom is currently. Figured what the heck, hospital food is what it is....what a surprise!! Could not be further from the truth, moist, flavorful, and a true delicious piece of delight!! My wife laughs now, because as soon as we get to the hospital, it is a bee line to the cafeteria to get two or three pieces of their cake!!Hate that I am sharing this secret, but figure you all can't go to where I get mine-LOL!!Enjoy!!!
