Tried for the first time at the hospital where my mom is currently. Figured what the heck, hospital food is what it is....what a surprise!! Could not be further from the truth, moist, flavorful, and a true delicious piece of delight!! My wife laughs now, because as soon as we get to the hospital, it is a bee line to the cafeteria to get two or three pieces of their cake!!Hate that I am sharing this secret, but figure you all can't go to where I get mine-LOL!!Enjoy!!!

I was on an Amtrak Palmetto train from Charleston SC to Washington DC on December 26. I purchased a blueberry muffin in the cafe car. When I returned to my seat and proceeded to eat the muffin, I found an inch long twig in the muffin. I returned it to the cafe car and the gentleman told me that it was a cinnamon stick. Not a chance. I could have choked. He did return my money. I sent an email to the company to alert them of this and received no response. That is why I am posting here. Be careful.

So happy to have a taste of the Bronx out here in CA. Local market carries the marble pound cake and it is exceptional. Reminds me of sitting in a diner in NYC after a meal and having a slice of pound cake and a cup of coffee. Expensive but worth it.

Ordered cookies through Amazon. Excited to receive them! (I love original B&W's) Arrived on my doorstep completely crushed and melted. Several of the individually packaged and sealed cookies were opened during transit and had become stale. Amazon DOES NOT offer refunds or replacements! $37.87 wasted.......UPDATE!Owners of this bakery contacted me personally when they learned of my terrible experience ordering through AMAZON. They sent me a FRESH box transported and delivered CORRECTLY! All of the cookies were intact and DELICIOUS! Just as I remembered them over 40 years ago. Thank you to the folks at Sweet Sam's for making this right when they really didn't have to.

If you’re a fan of carrot cake like I am, you gotta try some of Sweet Sam’s “Iced Carrot Walnut Pound Cake" — it’s delicious! You can buy a package frozen, wrapped from a grocery store, eat some of it, wrap it up again yourself and put it in your refrigerator for a week — and it still will be moist and tasty. If you love drinking a cup of coffee, having a slice of this carrot cake with it can be the greatest way to start your day our end it. Trust me, and I’m a connoisseur of freshly baked carrot cakes. ??

GOOD CARROT CAKE (Iced Carrot Walnut Pound Cake) I bought this at my local Safeway in California and IMO it tastes great! Just what I want from a carrot cake - moist, spices, nutty, with a sweet frosting. I've bought it twice. Both times there has been an expiration date sticker on top, see photo. It was in the bakery section of Safeway, not refrigerated but I keep it in the refrigerator at home. $7.49 for a 15 ounce cube of cake. I also like the carrot cake at Cheesecake Factory, Sweet Sam's is a deal compared to CC Factory. See photos.

It appears that this is new product packaging. Wish I had better images but these whoopie pies were flying off of the dessert table, at a recent event that I attended. Many people - myself included - went as far as passing up the unpackaged treats for the pies. I wasn't able to get the chocolate one. Loved the red velvet. It tastes like a red velvet cream pie, of that was ever a thing. Delicious!
