I lived in the neighborhood and have dine there for about 18 years . I’ll miss Mrs. Garcia always. She shared her food, conversation and plants.
This a very good diner. I just moved here and already this is a go to for me. I love the old fashioned diner feel with some local flavor from the community. It has American, Mexican, and Dominican options (including a tres golpes breakfast that is solid). It’s always humming but somehow there’s always a seat. Cheaper and better than diners I had in Bk!
That Spanish coffee tho!!!! Cinnamon touch 😋 ay santo!

New additions include a buffet style lunch station with even more fresh options. The food is delicious, and the kind servers are a big reason for repeat business. The steak with peppers and onions, yellow rice and beans, classic breakfast eggs and home fries with toast, filet fish sandwich, lamb wrap with crispy fries, onion rings, and Mexican omelette with jalapeños and taters are top-tier. Coffee tastes great too.
