“The food was surprisingly amazing. I will definitely be ordering again. the only negative was the shrimp were unpeeled and whole head on which my daughter was very upset about lol I didn't like that, not everyone wants to eat food with eyes staring at you. otherwise, the crab legs and the spice, the veggies and the incredible sauce were honestly the best I've had in a long time. my daughter said that the mango smoothie was the best...my green juice was tasty but it was pretty thick more like a smoothie lots of pulps and probably would have been much better strained but I'm definitely excited to order again and find some new favorites on the menu. Overall we loved it.“

“If you a looking for something special in Astoria Eli’s cafe should be the first choice for coffee and snacks. Eli’s cafe is very nice, clean and cozy space in astoria. They have a very large variety of coffee. I love their cappuccino with extra shot in it. The owner is very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. When i entered into the cafe i get all the positive vibes from the ambiance. I’m truly impressed by the service and welcoming experience. Thank you and i will definitely come back again.“

“Love Healthy in Dyckman. It’s a gem in the Kingsbridge area where it’s possible to find good quality, healthy food. I particularly love their healthy egg wrap and chai latte. “Great coffee and baristas, but the screen free zone downstairs during the day is unnecessary when completely empty on most days. Do a time limit if you're concerned about turnover/dining or minimum spend. Would be great to have Turkish coffee back or a pour over option as well.“

“Daily Provisions consistently serves the best sandwiches in the city. This location, near the museum, is my go to after a run. The chicken Milanese dipped in their tomato soup is my favorite (the olive oil makes the difference), paired with a side of fried potatoes.

If you want something simpler, their tuna melt is pretty decent, though the majority of customers (7 out of 10) opt for the chicken Milanese.

The wait is minimal, ample seating, and this location is noticeably more spacious (and less stuffy) than their Union Square outpost.“

This eatery is a hidden gem in the mount Haven section of the BX...who knew!? Love the rustic casual ,chill vibe & the rooftop seating on a summer day is everything. The food... fresh uncomplicated, there are halal vegan& vegetarian options. The chocolate croissant and vegan carrot cake 🥰 My personal favorite is avocado toast with turkey bacon , arugula or the goddess bowl add a great cup of coffee or Chai latte it's all delish!! To the staff are friendly and helpful. We love this eatery so much we just had my friend's son's wedding there, intimate, beautiful. A must try.“

“Just checked out Nourish, a new restaurant in the South Bronx, and it exceeded expectations. The decor is beautiful, the music sets the perfect vibe, and the overall ambiance makes it a great spot to unwind or meet up with friends.

Our server, King, was incredibly attentive and made sure everything came out perfectly. We ordered cocktails, sliders, and steak — and every single dish was spot on. The food, drinks, and service all came together for a really great experience.

“I had the pleasure to enjoy the food here at Toastique. The food was delicious, I tried the Spicy crab toast, it was the best tasty presentation of real crab meat with fine vegetables. The juices are healthy mixes of real fresh fruit. I tried the spicy Margarita, super tasty drink! “Hands down the best restaurant in Westchester! This is a run, don’t walk, recommendation. From the moment you enter Cafe Deux, you’re transformed to another era. The owners, Carrie and Charlotte Denoyer, greet each customer with warmth as they accommodate every request—from seating, to craft cocktails, to gf/df/v options. With a chef who clearly “gets it”, each course feels so very special—as if prepared just for you! I’ve been visiting Cafe Deux since they’ve opened so picking my favorite dishes is near impossible, but…Breakfast-crustless farmers market quiche; Lunch- salad tuna nicoise; Dinner—mussels, the Deux wagyu burger, any fish special, and of course the fries, which take 48hrs to prepare). This place is perfection! Harrison sure is lucky to have them!“

I highly recommend sitting by the window or at the tables outside. It’s a beautiful set up and get for just enjoying the movement of the upper east as people go about their day.“

“I had the good fortune to walk into Da Capo on Madison Avenue near Mount Sinai where I had a delicious lunch and a great latte. I actually met the entire family of owners who are understandably very proud of their cafe, since it’s really a fabulous cafe.Alex and Aris who are brothers do a wonderful job managing their restaurant. They also have another location across from the Javits Center. In addition to having wonderful coffee and teas as well as sandwiches and desserts, they occasionally have musicians perform in their dining room!“

“Lifelong Palisades resident, and have loved the 9W Market/The Filling Station since it opened back in 2011! A HUGE improvement over the previous ownership when it was called the Palisades Market which opened in the spring of 2010 and was only open for a few months and then closed. I was so disappointed with the Palisades Market because it lacked a decent food selection and this community needed something so much more. Luckily, the owners of the 9W Market have done such an amazing job! I’ve never had a bad meal here! The ingredients are high quality and super fresh! The atmosphere and ambiance is very relaxing and tranquil! Love the bistro theme on the indoor side and picnic theme by the filling station burger stand. Not to mention, the burgers are the best I’ve ever had! Made with high quality grass fed beef! This is gourmet nyc restaurant style food right in our local neighborhood! Keep up the great work!“

The chocolate chip cookie with walnuts is the kind of treat that instantly lifts your mood, and the omelettes were perfectly prepared and so delicious.
