“I absolutely loved this spot! I tried the brown sugar latte milk tea drink and it was amazing—perfect balance of creamy, sweet, and just the right kick. You can really tell they put effort into their drinks. The texture of the boba was on point too—chewy and fresh. Definitely coming back for another day soon!“

Plus, Mia, the owner, is super nice, and the staff are always friendly. So if you're ever in the mood for practicing some balls and good eats in a laid-back atmosphere, Café Mia is where it's at.“

I liked the place very much, and my wife as well.

Very clean and nice looking place for a farm.

My fried chicken sandwich was very good. Not salty, and fresh tomatoes and lettuce.

My wife likes the bacon, eggs and cheese sandwich (breakfast sandwich) a lot.

Prices are acceptable and people are friendly.

We can walk around the property and see the chickens. Also, the green area and farm life.

Breathing the quiet nature and breeze is so nice that you may think you are in PA.

I definitely recommend it.

“Pleasantly laid-back! It doesn't have the shine or frills of Tous les Jour, but I found myself preferring it.

With ample seating room and free wifi, this seems like a great place to bang out some work, finally start writing that next chapter of your book, catch up with a friend you haven't seen in X months/years, etc etc

The service was friendly (but not overbearing, thank heavens), the pastry n coffee were good, too!

I got the sweet potato latte, a special, and wow! Very nice and comforting. Suspiciously good, even. Whether or not it actually contained espresso is beyond me, but you can check up on that if/when you give it a go“

“I always go to Wally’s Bagel Nosh for my custom chicken caesar wrap, and it never disappoints. Luis always makes it extra special — you can tell he really cares about what he’s making, and it honestly makes a difference every time.

Wally and his team are amazing — everyone is super friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Whether it’s customizing an order or just creating a great atmosphere, they really go above and beyond to make you feel like a regular.

Service is quick, portions are generous, and everything is always fresh. Definitely one of my go-to spots when I want something consistent, high quality, and made with care.“

“Healthy & Dyckman is a great little café in the Bronx where you can get fresh, flavorful food at a reasonable price. Everything is made to order, so just be sure to order ahead or come with a little patience—there’s usually one person at the counter and one in the back preparing the food.

“Great space! Tasty coffee, bright space, and kind staff. They offer free WiFi and it's a great place to work. It's not the largest space, so they ask customers limit their time to 2 hours, which is reasonable! I would come back for some other drinks.

“Lifelong Palisades resident, and have loved the 9W Market/The Filling Station since it opened back in 2011! A HUGE improvement over the previous ownership when it was called the Palisades Market which opened in the spring of 2010 and was only open for a few months and then closed. I was so disappointed with the Palisades Market because it lacked a decent food selection and this community needed something so much more. Luckily, the owners of the 9W Market have done such an amazing job! I’ve never had a bad meal here! The ingredients are high quality and super fresh! One of the owners is very friendly, and the staff is accommodating and pleasant. The one drawback is the noise. When the place fills up (which it does regularly), the combination of music and surrounding chatter can make it difficult to carry on a conversation. Today was particularly challenging. Either the volume or the type of music made it difficult to hear one another. One of the owners was near my table, so I motioned to her. After a bit, she did come by, but seemed a bit harried. I apologized that our hearing wasn’t what it used to be, and we were having a hard time conversing with the music being as loud as it was. She responded that the volume was at the level it usually is. I guess she realized she was being somewhat dismissive, so she said she’d see what she could do. As far as we could tell, nothing much changed, but we moved a little closer to one another, spoke a little louder, and enjoyed our coffee and breakfast!“
