“Haven't been to this coffee shop in so long due to not living locally but the coffee was just as good as I remember it last! Came around 10am, was a little busy but service was quick and efficient. The baristas were very friendly and my hot latte w/ oatmilk was really good. Their pastry selection could be a little more appealing but overall, great spot! The cafe has a good amount of seating and restrooms. Street metered parking also all around!“

“As soon as you walk in, you feel right at home. The bang bang shrimp leaves you wanting more, kale & quinoa salad is so fresh & garganelli (pasta with sausage & broccoli rabe) is scrumptious. Save room for dessert! The pistachio cheese cake is light & delicious. We couldn’t recommend this place more! Bravo!“
“A co-worker told me how wonderful this place was for brunch, but I never got around to getting over to it. I'd basically forgotten about the recommendation. Today however I was out and about in Ridgewood and when it got to lunch time - this seemed like the perfect place. It was a beautiful day - and we had a dog with us - so it was also one of the very few places that still had outdoor seating. That's a win! We let them know we'd be eating outside and immediately a server came out to clear the table, bring us water (and water for the dog) and a bowl of popcorn. Such a lovely nibble while we perused the menu. SO many delicious sounding options - especially with the salads and sandwiches. It was a soup sort of day though. There are two options - I asked about the special. The soup special was a creamy sweet potato - and there was an option to have a cup of that with half a sandwich. We both went for that. Both of us ordered the soup special - I had the veggie sandwich and my dining companion had the grilled cheese and bacon. The soup was great - rich and creamy and just enough to satisfy without being too much. The sandwiches were well executed. In particular for me, the mix of the whipped ricotta with the tomato jam and roasted vegetables on sourdough was fantastic. It's open face - and a little hard to cut - but still delicious. In the end I gave up on delicacy and picked it up with my hands. I'm looking forward to returning and exploring more of the menu. Staff was helpful and friendly - we never felt ignored even though we were the only people eating outside.“
“I ordered the bacon, broccoli and cheddar omelette with home fries. It comes with a pancake of your choice I recommend the Hawaiian coconut pancake it is iconic ! This cafe is nice, tables are small for amount of things they place on it. Chocolate chip cornbread is also very yummy. Very nice for brunch.“

“First time here but the had the best experience. Ordered the hobo and my partner ordered a sausage egg and cheese with home fries. It was beyond delicious especially the bread which was soft and pillowy. Also the customer service was amazing, the couple were friendly, warm and had a sense of urgency. Would definitely come back!“
