“First time I had Indian food was a few years ago in NC, and I was NOT impressed. We were up visiting my sister in Ridgewood and we went out for fathers day dinner at Tabla. We ordered a bunch of different appetizers and entrees and we shared them all. I was absolutely impressed. I totally enjoyed EVERY item. I especially liked the curry fish with coconut milk. “My first visit to Salad House in Ridgewood was a great experience. I received a warm welcome from Chris, the manager. He was very courteous and polite. He took the time to explain the menu and answer my questions with great detail and enthusiasm. I ordered the Teriyaki Bowl and was very pleased; as it was very flavorful. The Falafel as well as chicken soup were very tasty! Very clean environment! The Salad House in Ridgewood will definitely be my go to place whenever I am in town!”

“Absolutely exceptional. Pad see ewe was the best I've ever had and the little accoutrements (pepper flakes, sauce) on the side were a nice addition. As a big meat eater, I was most impressed by how perfectly the vegetables were cooked. Same goes for the green curry, which was a perfect level of spice (might be overwhelming to those who can't handle spice but a pleasant lasting burn for others). The thai iced teas were great too. Surpringly, I haven't found many great thai spots in Bergen County and this will absolutely be our go to going forward.”

It’s a BYOB restaurant, and if you don’t bring your own, you can have wine delivered from a nearby wine shop with no delivery fee, which is a nice convenience. Overall, I had a great dining experience and would definitely come back.”

“I had an amazing experience at Masago Sushi in Ridgewood, NJ. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The prices are also such a big factor since its so low for such big portions. But what really stood out, was the service. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and quick without ever feeling rushed. They made us feel welcomed from the moment we walked in. I would like to acknowledge the service of Ashley. She was so nice and really made us know that we didn’t make a mistake going here.

The atmosphere is also a big plus! Warm, clean, and relaxing, with a modern touch that makes it perfect for a casual lunch or a nice dinner out. You can tell they put care into creating an inviting dining environment.

“TC’s Little Taste of Saigon was an absolute five-star experience from start to finish.

My wife and I stopped in and were blown away by both the food and the warmth of the place. We ordered the pho with medium rare meat, spring rolls, and the chicken stir fry — and every single dish delivered.

The pho broth deserves special mention. You can immediately tell it’s made with care and time. Rich, aromatic, and deeply flavorful without being heavy — the kind of broth that keeps you going back for “just one more spoonful” until suddenly the bowl is empty. The medium rare beef was tender and perfect, and the balance of herbs and freshness brought everything together beautifully.

The chicken stir fry was equally impressive. The layers of flavor really stood out — savory, slightly sweet, perfectly seasoned, and cooked just right. It felt thoughtful, not rushed, and you could taste the care in every bite.

The spring rolls were fresh, crisp, and a perfect start to the meal.

However, I still asked, out of curiosity, what is done with the drinks which are not picked up on time, and the wonderful barista said “Katerina? “Food was off the chart. We split the zucchini sticks and they were amazing and crunchy. Came with two dipping sauces. Then we split two entrees. The short rib ravioli and the chicken piccata. Both were excellent. The only reason I have 4 stars was for how busy they were. Our server took our order, dropped food when it was ready and never checked in until it was time to pay. But we understand. There were only a few tables full when we started but it was a full house by the time we're leaving. All in all, great night!”

“I have to admit, my expectations weren’t all that high going in, but this place completely caught me off guard. As soon as you walk through the doors, the atmosphere feels warm and inviting, and they did a great job with the build out.

We ordered a few different plates, and every one of them was packed with flavor. Everything was well seasoned, fresh, and really tasty.

It’s not often a restaurant surprises me like this, but this one definitely did. I’ll absolutely be back.”
