“I just had the best experience at this Starbucks! So, I by accident order my latte from the Ridgewood location, while at a different Starbucks 🤣🤣🤣. Decided that I will try to get it later if it’s still there. I got to Ridgewood Starbucks at least an hour later, at which point my drink wasn’t there, which is understandable and I wouldn’t even complain. However, I still asked, out of curiosity, what is done with the drinks which are not picked up on time, and the wonderful barista said “Katerina? We disposed of it because it was cold” and made me a new drink at no cost. He even remembered my original order. This was amazing! Super service! Thank you!“
“I usually don't write reviews but I literally had the most amazing service by a really cool person when I drove through here her name was sammy and she was so so SO understanding of my dietary restrictions and stuff which I'm usually super embarrassed about 😓😓also the drinks were super yummy compared to other places I've been to“
“The staff here are all very friendly, and the tall guy with brown hair and glasses was exceptionally cute! I think his name was Ben or something similar. Loved how my drink and food came out together, since sometimes you have to wait really long for either of them to come out. The drinks were so good, and they keep the store very clean even when it's busy. Would come back.“
