“Update: Ok they've changed things around I have to admit. I kike going there again! 🫠 There's more people behind the counter making drinks & heating up the food so they're not rushed. Food hot, coffee hot or iced the way you want, but more importantly it's been consistent! I'm giving credit where credit is due! ☕
It's so frustrating to come in to get your food and come out to the car and the middle of the sandwich is ice cold but around the sandwich is hot. I understand that it's crowded and everyone is rushing but can you please take your time and heat the food completely?“
“Came on 8/17 around 6pm and the gentleman here was very helpful and kind. I made a mistake on my mother’s order and he remade it for her. Great customer service, very kind, and helpful. Will definitely return to this location in the future.“

“LUX Starbucks like no other…. I’ve been going to Starbucks since 2000 when I moved from Brazil; this was my best experience in all these years. I asked the manager s name( Kevin) just to tell him I’ve never seen a Starbucks run so smoothly. Clean store, friendly and professional baristas ,,,,, if you like the experience of spending a little time at a coffee shop, this is the one to visit.“
“My experience at the Starbucks location 2458 Central Park Avenue in Yonkers last week was top notch because of an amazing employee named Isaiah. Isaiah wore all hats and ran every aspect of the process promptly - from ordering to receiving when things got hectic. He treated every customer like family with a smile and warmth. He stepped up more like the owner of the place vs an employee. Starbucks is VERY lucky to have him and this will be my new location if he’s there to run the show more often. Thanks Isaiah!“

“I visit on weekdays, it's peaceful and the crew is always nice about letting a mistake drink go free of charge. Weekends are insanely busy and sometimes orders are goofed but the guys are usually nice about recoverying, extra food item or 1 size up. Can't redeem my rewards bit that's fine since they will honor a birthday. Overall a pretty cool place“
