“I walked in this cold Sunday morning, picking up a mobile order for my girlfriend, and was met with a kind, warm, and refreshing experience at this Starbucks location.
I opened the front door and these two kind ladies greeted me in sync saying, “Good Morning!” And “How are you and how can we help you?”
They greeted me with a smile, attention to detail, and just basic care.
All that was on the order was a 8oz cup of black coffee and a specialty coffee, but they made me feel like I was a VIP this morning.
Big shoutout to the staff at this location, if you meet with Diana or Sarah at this location they will make you feel the same.
Great location in the middle of downtown White Plains. Would recommend especially at 7:30AM on a Sunday!!“
“I don’t know what all the complaints are on this location! I went there twice today, good coffee both times! As far as the “Starbucks experience?” They are baristas, not entertainers, they made me a good cup of coffee and I am happy with just that. Keep up the good work!“
