I don’t know what all the complaints are on this location! I went there twice today, good coffee both times! As far as the “Starbucks experience?” They are baristas, not entertainers, they made me a good cup of coffee and I am happy with just that. Keep up the good work!
I like coming to this starbucks in white plains at the mall cause its never that busy or crowded and I can be in and out in less then 5 minutes with my decaff cappy and bagel or slice of lemon pound cake if I am really hungry which is always. The workers seem nice and place looks clean which is important especially now .full array of hot and cold beverages and the display of eats is standard for starbucks . Convenient location a few feet from my hotel. The staff was very accommodating- I needed NY coffee mugs to take home for special people and the helped me out. The beverages were made quickly and perfectly.
