“We come a couple times a year and live about an hour away. It’s worth the trip. The food is fantastic and always fresh and great service. We do like to use the grill.”

“This is my first time trying a poke bowl with my family and i was super nervous because it was expensive and i was worried we wouldn’t like it. I used ubereats and the bowl size made me doubt because it was pretty small but it ended up being a perfect portion! This was delicious everything was fresh and the rice was still warm. The only thing i didn’t like was the tiny scoop of avocado for $2 and way too much sauce. Other than that it was so good! They also gave us a buy one get one free pineapple whip. Very refreshing! I would definitely order from here again!”

“My family and I came to Sapori to celebrate my college graduation, and the experience was absolutely incredible from start to finish.
We visited during lunch in the middle of the week, and the service was exceptional. Our waiter, Zacharias, went above and beyond to make our celebration feel special. He explained every detail of the menu so thoroughly, answered all of our questions with patience, and gave excellent recommendations. You can tell he truly cares about the guests’ experience. The entire staff was attentive, thoughtful, and detail-oriented. We felt genuinely cared for the entire time we were there.
And the food… wow!!! Cheers to the chef because everything was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. You can taste the care and quality in every dish. Most of the pasta is made fresh on-site, which makes such a difference. Because everything is prepared with that level of attention, this is not the place to go if you’re looking for a rushed meal. But if you want authentic, high-quality food made with care and served beautifully, Sapori is absolutely worth it.
Thank you to Zacharias and the entire Sapori team for helping make my graduation celebration so memorable.”
“Husband and I finally dined here a little over a week ago for an early birthday dinner for me and the entire experience was nothing short of sublime. Although I was tempted by the views from the window-side tables, I wanted the Kitchen Table experience, and it was an excellent choice. We drove down from Dutchess County (fyi, whoever designed the Taconic Parkway should be fired, but I digress). The complimentary valet parking made our arrival easy. We were directed to the elevator and from the moment we got off on the floor of the restaurant, we were greeted immediately, and the entire staff was incredibly attentive, polite, and welcoming. The main dining areas are nicely decorated and subtly sophisticated. The chef’s table experience was phenomenal. We got very personal attention from the chef and staff members, and enjoyed watching (and inhaling the aromas from) both the main kitchen and pastry side during our meal. The service was excellent and attentive without being overbearing. Water and wine were poured promptly, the pacing of the courses was perfect, and the explanation for the dishes and wine were appreciated. We decided to get the wine pairing, and the pours were both generous and excellently paired with the courses. It was a lot of wine so by the 4th or 5th glass, I was really feeling it and enjoying myself, to say the least. The food was outstanding across the board. I love seafood so I was quite happy with the 7 fish offerings. We started out with 3 different breads, all different and all delicious, and I’m pretty sure I ate the roasted yeast butter on its own, and then uni and yellowtail, which are 2 of my favorites. It feels kind of dismissive to say “all of the courses were delicious,” but they really were. The black cod, iberico pork shoulder with fava been puree, and the prime dry aged rib eye were probably my favorite courses. I wish I had more room since the chef offered us additional rib eye, but I was pretty much at capacity and we still had dessert. The meat was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The iberico pork dish was crispy, salty, full of umami flavor, and it paired perfectly with the grassy, herbaceous, and silky fava bean puree. There was only one course that I wasn’t as enthusiastic about, the bacalhau a bras carmelle. Each course was so good that I couldn’t wait to see if the next would top it. Each course was a few bites, leading up to the larger beef at the end. Of the 3 dessert courses, the first 2 were my favorite. The first was “pear” which was a contrast of textures and temperatures. It was really outstanding and the cold bits in the dessert were a nice, light contrast to the heavy meal we had just finished. The next was a tart/cold dessert with sweet potato shavings and biscuit-like crackers (my dearest apologies to the pastry chef, I cannot describe it any better). It was all so different and worked well together. Again, the contrast in textures/temperature/flavors worked so well together. By the last dessert course, I was fairly stuffed and couldn’t finish. Again, there was a savory component (lettuce) that was (and I’m guessing here) caramelized so it was sweet and I ate both pieces. There was a custard as well and the crust was so flaky, and I was sorry that I couldn’t eat more of it. 3 ½ hours later, we waddled out quite satisfied and happy. Next time, we’d skip the wine pairing because it was simply too much but I can’t wait to visit here again and try new dishes. I don’t think I can accurately convey how delicious our food was or what a great time we had.”
“Everything about this place was perfect, this is a gem at White Plains. The service was amazing and it made us feel very welcomed. Very personalized experience we had with Kevin the bartender, the atmosphere was fantastic and the food was incredible. The cocktails were delicious. We really had a blast and will be back again soon. Excellent!”
“Wonderful dinner. Gracious owner. Great creative cocktails and desserts”
“Just finished my teriyaki steak box. Has to be the best I have ever had. Fresh, crisp, distinct flavors all on one plate. I do not usually write reviews but was so impressed that I had to congratulate them. Well done!”

“Stepping into Cafe Veracruz is always a treat, and my latest visit solidified why it's my go-to Mexican restaurant in town. From the moment I walked in, the staff, especially our server, was incredibly amable and welcoming. Their genuine friendliness immediately set a relaxed and enjoyable tone for the meal.
What truly sets Cafe Veracruz apart, however, is their blazing-fast service without compromising on quality. Our food arrived incredibly quickly, piping hot and perfectly prepared. This is a stark contrast to other Mexican restaurants in the area where you often find yourself waiting an eternity.
And the food? Simply great! Every dish was bursting with authentic flavors, clearly made with fresh ingredients and a lot of care. The portions are generous, and the presentation is always appealing.
Honestly, if you're looking for fantastic Mexican food served with a smile and remarkable efficiency, look no further than Cafe Veracruz. They consistently outperform the competition in every aspect. Five stars, hands down! Place has nail it with its cleaners compare to others in town”

“Discovered this place in White Plains.
Super cute, great music and atmosphere, friendly staff and very extensive menu.
All healthy, fresh fruit bowls, smoothies and oatmeal.
OMG!!! Delish!!💕
I have been back several times within 2 weeks. Everything is prepared quickly and looks soooo good too! Brought my 15yo picky, nut-adverse daughter who enjoyed the mango bowl with berries and white chocolate. She fell in love🥰
Thank you Playa Bowl!
See you in a few days!”
“Excellent quality coffee and awesome Brazilian finger foods!!! Also wonderful Brazilian desserts, especially the Maracujá pudim and brigadeiros!!! 😍 It’s a bit of a drive from me but I always enjoy the coffee and the food. Also have a variety of Brazilian groceries that I don’t have to trek to Newark for. Thank you for being here! See you again soon!”
“If you’re looking for a genuine slice of Americana that’s tucked away from the usual tourist trail, Star Diner is an absolute must-visit. The atmosphere is great, as it’s a small, cozy space with pure American diner decor, from the classic booths to the traditional lunch counter.
The service was excellent, and the food is consistently good and offers great value.
Practical Tips:
Cash Only: This is a traditional cash-only business, and there is a convenient ATM right at the entrance.
Parking: There is plenty of on-street metered parking in the surrounding area. Since the local enforcement is stringent, make sure to bring some quarters to feed the meter. $2 should give you plenty of time.”
“Wow, what an amazing trading season! I just received my daily profit to my wallet. I couldn't have achieved this level of success without your incredible skills and hard work. I truly appreciate all your efforts, and I highly recommend Ralph Carico to everyone. They're the real deal!”
“Food was good — I ordered chicken shumai which had a ton of chicken (a little dry but sauce was yummy) — and chicken pad Thai. I would order both things again.
Only real complaint is there were no utensils or napkins and I wasn’t home so it was hard to track down a fork.”
“Omg the food and service are impeccable! I love this restaurant and the staff. My favorite meal is the Pasta Pasta (Rasta Pasta) with shrimp and my favorite side is the cabbage! Can’t wait to go again! Thanks Helen and Quincy🥂🎉🥂”

“My coworkers and I always get a large hot honey old fashioned pizza with hot peppers and hot honey and they always do an amazing job. They also make a great penne alla vodka , amazing garlic bread etc , at Micheal’s they cater to your preferences. I don’t eat pork or beef and they have always gone that extra mile to make sure im covered. If it’s from Micheal’s I’m sure it’s good! Def 10/10! The food is great and so is the service ! They are the best!”
“Italian Pavilion Pizzeria is the best place in White Plains for a sausage calzone. The calzone was tender, savory, meaty, and perfectly spiced. The Italian sausage was cooked to perfection, the mozzarella had the ideal gooey stretch, and the crust was crispy with just the right bake time. The marinara sauce added great flavor. The staff were clean, orderly, and very helpful. Also an excellent spot for pizza and pasta. Spacious restaurant with plenty of room for large parties and conveniently located near stores.”
“Absolutely love this place! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and made with care. Everything I’ve tried has been amazing, and the portions are generous too. The staff is super friendly and the service is quick. Definitely one of my go-to spots when I’m craving Chinese food! Hands down one of the best Chinese spots around. Great food, great service, and always consistent!”
“After years of eating at all the local spots (Bamboo Garden, Peking, and New Great Wall) I can honestly say this is the BEST Chinese food I’ve had in White Plains. The extra drive is absolutely worth it. Portions are “old school” big, prices run about $2 to $3 less than other places, and they always throw in something extra for free. The egg rolls taste just like the ones you remember as a kid, and the boneless spare ribs were superb (IMO). My wife, who usually gets headaches when MSG is used, had no issues here, which says a lot. Just a heads up that it’s cash only and they don’t deliver, but honestly, that’s no big deal when you can eat this well without it costing an arm and a leg!”

“I had the privilege of hosting a large dinner party last evening at Via Garibaldi's and it was spectacular. It's not just the delicious food which we had family style. The staff is second to none. If you hadn't been there what are you waiting for?”

“This location i have come to a few times. It has progressively become better and better.
The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and quite, while there is a great social bar, with very nice accomodationimg staff and the downtown has become much better than it use to be that this hotel is right within.
Only downside I've experienced is the up charge fee for late checkout. Normally around the world a late checkout there is not a secondary charge of you request up till 1-2pm. Unfortunately this hotel is going with the US trend of charging consumers for needing a later checkout even if you checking at 11pm bc of late travel etc.. Only down on have to say, but hotel it top notch”
“We travel here about twice a year & we always make sure to grab our favorite pizza! The kids love the mozzarella sticks & pepporoni slices! I gave gluten sensitivity & they have the personal cauliflower crust pizza! It's the best pizza around. Always greeted with a smile! If you haven't tried Dom & Vinnies pizza, you are missing out!”

“I love and support Cravin resturant because its authentic and I myself am Jamaican. However the service is slow and the ladies ringing people up are young and dont seem to want to work there. There was 2 people in the whole place when I went and waited nearly 10 minutes to just ask if they had something and waited again as one girl bagged and the other chatted. In all I left without getting food because I refused to wait any longer just to order... This is an in and out City and the service should match. I will still go to this place...but i will order ahead and hopefully my experience will be different”

“Overall experience was fair, service was not that attentive. I felt rushed like I had to eat as fast as I could and leave, the syrup for the French toast was cold, and I order scrambled eggs with cheese with my dish but the egss didn't come out until I was almost done with my French Toast. The coffee is really good, overall I been to Lilly's several times and I will continue to go back, as this one error doesn't take over the overall experiences I've had at the restaurant. The 1 thing I would suggest is put the hostess at the entrance of the tent not the back door of the restaurant, this would eleviate new arriving guest of walking back and forht through other patrons who sitting down and eating, and allow the hostess to thank the guest for coming when they are leaving. Just a suggestion from someone with 30 years experience in the restaurant sector. JC”

“Ever since it’s opening, this has always been my favorite place to have lunch or dinner in White Plains. Fond memories of Sunday night parties at the original Lafayette Street location in Manhattan in the early 2000s.
So happy to see this establishment open in White Plains, where we can enjoy it without traveling to Manhattan.”

“Stopped by Dave’s Hot Chicken and the food was 🔥—crispy, flavorful, and definitely lived up to the hype.
Shoutout to Jojo, the employee who helped me out. Great customer service—super friendly, patient, and made sure my order was perfect. That kind of energy really makes a difference.
Good food + great service = I’m definitely coming back 🙌”
“Fabulous! So wonderful to have this amazing bakery in White Plains. I ordered 2 cakes- tiramisu and mango cream - to bring to dinner at a friend's house. Both were a big hit - I wasn't sure what the mango cream would be like -it was absolutely delicious, I highly recommend it. I'm sure their other items are just as good.”
