“idk why people r expecting some restaurant type stuff this is chipotle, it’s consistent and reliable and tbh found it good as heck, lowkey the carne asada sucked , which is a issue for all branches not just white plains, anyway, they packaged my order well, had a big bag and gave me an extra tortilla too“

“I give this one only 4 stars simply because the time that I went they were very short supplied, I am not sure who would be held responsible for that particular issue but I will say you could visibly see the staff working extra hard to make up for it. The people who helped me were all extraordinarily patient and kind and I would go so far as to say they went above and beyond in circumstances that were far from ideal. Also, even tho there was a lack in variety the burrito I had that day was the best I had for a very very long time.“
