What the heck is going on with this location!? Dirty and service is horrible. Whoever the owner is needs to take a strong look at who is working at this location. Never had such terrvi service from any other Chipotle in my life. My recommendation is go to the other chipotle in white plains
if i could do 0 stars i would, horrible staff, dirtyness in the food prep area and tables, was out of everything, terrible experience
No exaggeration, I took a bite of a burrito at this Chipotle last night and instantly felt sick. Something in my burrito was completely rancid and I had to throw it away immediately. It tasted and smelled extremely unpleasant and it took an hour to get the taste out of my mouth. I am still experiencing issues with my stomach today.

Chipotle Mexican Grill is a standard fast-food restaurant with good food and quick service. The restaurant is located in a shopping complex with ample free parking. The staff seems to be focused on completing orders, but may not always prioritize customer service. The cleanliness of the restaurant can be improved. Overall, it is a good option for a quick meal, with the bowl seeming to provide more value than the wrap.
