We ordered a large pie with pepperoni and extra cheese. The pie had about 3 pieces of peperoni and no extracheese for 37.87. Called bacj for a return and was told they would send another we waited all night for nothing..i used to walk in and ordrr all the time . Now i will never return go this den of thieves again ..they suck they suck they suck they responded they would look into it and to give them a chance and absolutly nothing has been done. I use to come here multiple times. Today 10/17/2023 I ordered two slices of cheese pizza. I am eating my pizza look down only to see an INSECT crawling in my pizza box. I was instantly disgusted and freaked out. I immediately took it back and told them there is something crawling in there. The workers there had no care , no sympathy, nor did they even care a BUG WAS CRAWLING IN OUR FOOD rather looked at us with blank stares. Stopped at Planet Pizza on our vacation driving back to NJ. Staff was awesome and food was great. We had a salad and a couple slices. Cost was under $20 which was our cheapest meal on our trip but one of the best tasting meals. Keep up the great work!
