I have bean going to this place for many years and the last two visits it was the worst experience I ever had we pleased pic up order and half of our order was missing twice and when we when back the young cashier was like fire like gangster coursing he dint care we never will go back and we don’t recommend to any one if you order the make shore you check the order before you leave the place

We ordered a large pie with pepperoni and extra cheese. The pie had about 3 pieces of peperoni and no extracheese for 37.87. Called bacj for a return and was told they would send another we waited all night for nothing..i used to walk in and ordrr all the time . Now i will never return go this den of thieves again ..they suck they suck they suck they responded they would look into it and to give them a chance and absolutly nothing has been done. They took our money with no problem said they would send another and left us hanging..thanks for the great customer service.(NOT). I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY EATS HERE..THEY ONLY CARE ABOUTRIPPING YOU OFF. ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY YOUR QUICKLY LEFT OUT IN THE COLD. REAL CRAPPY WAY TO DO BUISNESS

I am giving one star for the service. The pizza is good!! I placed an order for a few pies and two-liter soda for the staff at a local hosp that was caring for my son. I called in the order paid with my card over the phone. When the nurse went downstairs to pick up the pizza (because the delivery person said he couldn't go upstairs) she was told that the pizza was not paid for. The delivery guy did not speak a lick of English, which for me was hard to understand over the phone because I don't speak Spanish. I called the pizzeria and was told by the guy who took the order no I didn't charge your card are you sure you gave it to me. so, I gave it to him again thinking maybe he didn't charge me. Well, he did charge me the first time and the second time. When I realized that I was charged twice I called back, and he said well let me check. Yes, I did charge you the first time I'm sorry. He proceeds to tell me I will have the funds back on Monday (Christmas). I asked why did the driver think it wasn't paid for and he stated he forgot to tell him (really)!!! This is long enough I'm sure you get the point do not let them tell you that they didn't charge your card or verify that info before giving it again. After venting to several people come to find out this is something that there known for it happens all the time so, please BEWARE!!

I use to come here multiple times. Today 10/17/2023 I ordered two slices of cheese pizza. I am eating my pizza look down only to see an INSECT crawling in my pizza box. I was instantly disgusted and freaked out. I immediately took it back and told them there is something crawling in there. The workers there had no care , no sympathy, nor did they even care a BUG WAS CRAWLING IN OUR FOOD rather looked at us with blank stares. I am disappointed in the customer service I have received today and WILL NOT BE A RETURNING CUSTOMER. If I get sick tomorrow, or the days that follow I will have a lawyer!
I was rushed to order then the wings ordered were not fully cooked and they were served at room temperature and soaking in spicy sauce in a carton container even though I ordered mild and they were not fully cooked. The owner, I think took the order since he was taking all orders and being rude when I asked him that I want to take my wings to go and he just looked at me demanding me to stop talking to him since he was taking a phone order but all I asked to take the wings to go. I will never go to this place to eat again since the quality of the food such as wings and pizza were bad and the service is the worst comparing to the way it was years ago.

I just can’t understand any armature can open a pizza place but dont know how to make food. The pizza sucks so much cheese and there is always somethingerong. The pasta sucks taste like Mexican food i just dont get it how is this an Italian pizzeria

Stopped at Planet Pizza on our vacation driving back to NJ. Staff was awesome and food was great. We had a salad and a couple slices. Cost was under $20 which was our cheapest meal on our trip but one of the best tasting meals. Keep up the great work!
