I frequent this location only because its the closest to me and the white plains location doesn't have parking. The greenburgh Chipotle is almost always short on something. They're out of chicken, they're out of steak, the soda fountains often don't work, there's no ice, they're short staffed so they're only offering take out, or the location is closed all together for some reason or another. Its rarely clean, and the portion sizes of the chicken (even if you order a double) are way smaller than you get elsewhere, probably because they are always short on ingredients and try to stretch it out. Its probably the most poorly managed Chipotle I've ever been to.

The worst chipotle I’ve been too. Each time I’ve come they don’t have vegetables. Never experienced this at a chipotle as there is usually backfill of the ingredients. The environment is low energy and no one cares about the client.

Tried to order in person at 11:30am. (Mind you, their hours are 10:45am-10pm) This location is not taking orders and are turning customers away.The time before this we ordered at 11, waited in store till 1145 till I left without my food, line of 30 people waiting for takeout.New management please!!!

Here's my opinion this place terrible first time here, and it started with the half spoon of rice and meat it went from a burrito to the size of a dorrito, then a nasty attitude from this girl at the register telling me I have to hurry up and pay I said kindly I'm just pulling up the app on my phone so I can scanned for my points and she told me well your gonna have to pay cash now because she can't wait and I ask her is there a timer on the register and she rolled her eyes and snapped her head back all the way to Brooklyn and took a deep breath like a bull and told me if you don't have it oh well..now tell me is the manager a gangster to this place because i was robbed of the portions that was served to me and i got the attitude with it ..I had a different impression thinking I was gonna enjoy a nice portion and enjoy my food but it seems that doesn't exist no more so sad if they are not happy with there jobs they should find one that makes them happy.

There is always an issue at this location. From loud music often playing in the kitchen, to something not always working (soda machine, out of food items, to them randomly closing early, etc.). There is always some issue; to the point where I no longer want to eat at this location, I'd rather drive further to get to a working functioning chipotle from now on.

First off I came into chipotle at 8:54pm, this location closes at 10:00pm. They screamed to us “no rice”. How do you run a chipotle with no rice one hour before closing. I would be a bit more understanding if it was 10-20 before closing but an hour? To add to that the employees were very rude and seemed incompetent. Will never return to such a poorly run chipotle.
