“This location is the bestest Chipolte in the Bronx county with the freshest food, cleanest atmosphere and excellent customer service. I know this because I consume Chipolte a lot and if you are going to spend money you have to do it at Fordham plaza location!!!“
“If you go there in the morning the food is amazing, place is clean and service is fast, if you go at night the food could be raw and you might have to wait or go to another store if they run out of food because it takes them 20 minutes to give some more chicken apparently.“
“Very good experience. They always have everything unless you come at night. The only thing they don’t always have is their signature chipotle honey vinaigrette. They just came out with adobo ranch and it is also amazing. Highly recommended.“
“I would like to commend the service of service associate by the name of Aliyah as she was very courteous , patient and helpful during my time at this location . Unfortunately there was a long line and she was the only one preparing the meals for myself and many others what seemed like by herself while dealing with a few difficult customers . Nonetheless she maintained her professionalism which was certainly appreciated on my end.

“This was a great place to eat I like chipotle and this place is all around good don’t have a lot of problem you get your moneys worth and I love it the food is fresh and great topping options if you don’t already know DONT get guacamole it’s not worth it unless you’re a huge guacamole fan but yea the staff is good to :)“
“I ordered uber eats and whoever was working the 10 o clock shift on 4/3/25 did their big one because the food tastes so good and fresh and is actually correct! The queso was even warm! Like omg usually my chipotle delivery order sucks and is messed up somehow but this time everything was sooo good like i need ya to give whoever was working today a raise.“
“I enjoy eating at this Chipotle location because the staff are consistently pleasant, and—most importantly—the food area is always clean and well organized. As someone with food allergies, I feel safe eating here because ingredients are kept neatly in separate containers. Unlike other Chipotle locations where I’ve seen food mixed between bins or the same serving spoon used for multiple items, this team is very careful and attentive.
I truly appreciate the effort and care the staff put into their work to provide excellent service and a positive dining experience. I hope corporate takes the time to recognize and acknowledge these hardworking employees!!“
“My food arrived quickly and was packaged beautifully. The chicken salad with extra chicken was seasoned perfectly and didn't feel heavy at all—it was the perfect light meal. Since I had my order delivered, I can't speak to the restaurant's atmosphere, but the food itself was fantastic.“

I usually go to the Chipotle on 85th street . I pass by this location often bcuz I go to the gym nearby. I finally went to this location a few days ago on a Friday, in person. It was clean, organized, the employees were pleasant. Not one of them were rude or dismissive. I ordered a bowl to go, The portions were good. No complaints, I'll return.“
“I got it late one night after work and I got my regular bowl (cheese, chicken, white rice, no beans). The only problem I had with it was that the rice. It had a terrible after taste. Like it was wet or could also be compared to dog breath. My siblings also had bowls. One agreed with me while the other said it was salty.“

“Im not a fast food eater. I came into this location for a quick bite. A young lady by the name of Mayford, was on her job. She was making sure stations are cleaned and employees followed washing hands protocol. I am IMPRESSED by the professionalism and dedication this employee has towards customers and employees. I will be coming here more often for my lunches. I finally ran into someone that cares about the customer swell as the employees alike. Thank you, Mayford. You are greatly appreciated.“
“Just left, place is huge then i was expecting. Server was nice, no attitude or anything but can tell they don’t really speak English well lol. Aside from no where to park it’s not bad bronx chipotle spot to be honest, hope nobody ruins it“
