“I ordered uber eats and whoever was working the 10 o clock shift on 4/3/25 did their big one because the food tastes so good and fresh and is actually correct! The queso was even warm! Like omg usually my chipotle delivery order sucks and is messed up somehow but this time everything was sooo good like i need ya to give whoever was working today a raise.“
“Very good experience. They always have everything unless you come at night. The only thing they don’t always have is their signature chipotle honey vinaigrette. They just came out with adobo ranch and it is also amazing. Highly recommended.“
“As a common Chipotle consumer, I always have problems with pickup orders because of portions or the beans are not good BUT I decided to try this location and WOW! They absolutely crushed it! The flavor was incredible, and they hooked it up with the portions! I even saved something for my dinner 10/10“
“I used to own casual fast food restaurant for 7 year, generally I don’t like to write reviews , but after visiting this store for lunch, I could not stop my self to write about my store experience. It is one of the most most clean chipotle I have ever visited, fresh food , very happy employees and overall great experience. I wish company acknowledged the employees and make this store as model store for training. Keep it up crew.“

“Went in around 8:40pm tonight and the employee on line was so sweet! Not sure what his name was but he was tall with braces and said he’s studying education. He asked my how my day was going and we talked about school while I placed my order. I used to work at a chipotle in Pittsburgh so I know how tough the job can be, especially when they’re out of things like they were today, but he was still very kind regardless. The cashier was also very sweet too, she was doing a bunch of stuff and still was very attentive.“

“I had a issue with door dash about my order from Chipotle so I walked to the restaurant and spoke with the manager and explained the issue and showed her my order on my phone and she was nice and had another woman remake my order and told me the meat I wanted needed 3 more minutes to cook so I waited but door dash customer service is getting a 1 star while this restaurant is getting a 4… by the way Chipotle managers if you read this stop being cheap with the meat and charging the same for less, and than adding extra meat is almost half of the price of a bowl come on!“
“I love Chipotle. I felt nervous going to this location because of the reviews.
I usually go to the Chipotle on 85th street . I pass by this location often bcuz I go to the gym nearby. I finally went to this location a few days ago on a Friday, in person. It was clean, organized, the employees were pleasant. Not one of them were rude or dismissive. I ordered a bowl to go, The portions were good. No complaints, I'll return.“

This is a classic chipotle. I give it 5 stars because you get exactly what you expect. No idea why anyone would give it less than 3 stars unless they got a bad takeout/delivery order“
“I got it late one night after work and I got my regular bowl (cheese, chicken, white rice, no beans). The only problem I had with it was that the rice. It had a terrible after taste. Like it was wet or could also be compared to dog breath. My siblings also had bowls. One agreed with me while the other said it was salty.“
“My food arrived quickly and was packaged beautifully. The chicken salad with extra chicken was seasoned perfectly and didn't feel heavy at all—it was the perfect light meal. Since I had my order delivered, I can't speak to the restaurant's atmosphere, but the food itself was fantastic.“
“Im not a fast food eater. I came into this location for a quick bite. A young lady by the name of Mayford, was on her job. She was making sure stations are cleaned and employees followed washing hands protocol. I am IMPRESSED by the professionalism and dedication this employee has towards customers and employees. “Just left, place is huge then i was expecting. Server was nice, no attitude or anything but can tell they don’t really speak English well lol. Aside from no where to park it’s not bad bronx chipotle spot to be honest, hope nobody ruins it“
