“The Chipotle Mexican Grill I visited was easily a flawless 10/10 experience, setting a new standard for what fast-casual dining should feel like. From the moment I walked in, the restaurant was spotless, the line moved efficiently, and every employee seemed genuinely motivated—a reflection, no doubt, of the incredible leadership of the General Manager. You could feel their presence everywhere, not just behind the counter but in the energy of the team. The General Manager greeted guests personally, offered samples to unsure customers, and coordinated the kitchen with precision and warmth. They knew regulars by name, remembered their favorite orders, and even stepped in to wrap burritos or stir the guacamole when things got busy. Their attention to detail was remarkable—from making sure every portion was fresh and consistent to maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards and an upbeat atmosphere. It’s rare to see this level of dedication in a high-traffic restaurant, but this GM clearly led with heart, discipline, and pride in their team. The food itself—perfectly grilled steak, flavorful rice, fresh pico—was top-tier, but what truly elevated the experience was knowing that someone so passionate was ensuring every customer left satisfied. This wasn’t just a meal; it was a masterclass in hospitality, driven by a manager who clearly sets the bar higher every single day.“
“I was the first person in this AM, so I could’ve very easily received a practice, warm-up burrito.
This turned out to be one of the better Chipotle burritos I’ve had in some time. Tasted great, but more importantly, didn’t explode or become unrolled after a few bites, which happens often at lesser locations.
Excited to have this in the neighborhood!“
“My go-to, home base Chipotle. This staff knows how to cook 👌 food is always on point.
Staff is also always cool despite being constantly slammed non stop. Always been treated with respect there. The place is generally clean enough for such a high volume location and I tend to eat at the restaurant most of the time.

“I've always got Chipotle here since I live nearby, it's always so convenient and the food is always good. I think the only thing is that it's near a middle school so a lot of middle schoolers would be there, I used to come here when Chipotle was once Buger King, so I undertsand the joys of having a big food chain so near by.
Over all, service has always been nice, the appreance of the place is always clean, and the food is great! 5/5 for me✨“
“Today 3/26/26 I think her name is Crystal serve me this morning. She did a great job serving us customers. She didn't treat us like babies by serving us 1 tsp of what we ask for. Chipitole restaurants need more people like her, because for the high price you charge we should be able to get a good amount of food. Crystal deserve a bonus and raise because she makes chipotle looks great!!! I will be going back there because of her!“

“Brooklynites If you're in Park Slope and need a reliable, delicious meal without the wait, this Chipotle location delivers. The staff here is incredibly efficient, moving the line quickly even during the busy dinner rush.
Every ingredient on the line looks fresh, and they don't skimp on the portions. The guacamole is perfectly seasoned, and the steak is always tender and well-marinated.
It's clean, consistently high-quality, and hands-down one of the fastest spots in the neighborhood for a healthy, filling lunch or dinner. Definitely a go-to when you want great food on the move.“
“Limited food selection. Not so nicely set up room. It was clean ok. Food was also ok. Except not much to choose from. The boy with the glasses was really sweet and nice. Helped with the order and paid attention when I was inquiring about the food.

“Court st. Brooklyn location and maiden Ln. In manhattan is the best to me when it comes to clean store, employees are pleasant and the food is delicious. I ordered a bowl and burrito and it was full of everything they never disappoint. Also the music and vibes are calm/ relaxing.“

“I’ve been to this chipotle a few times and every time I’ve been, the employees have been very pleasant compared to other chipotles. Idk why this is the case, but they never seem pissed off at you for existing. It’s generally clean and well operated too.“
“I recently moved to the Flatbush area and I love this chipotle location. I was a bit hesitant at first because of the reviews but it is probably just miserable people that didn’t get their way. my daughter works in fast food as well and some people need to be more understanding they are human beings as well!! Overall staff is very friendly and accommodating, I have not once had an issue here.“
“The man doing line yesterday was so polite, funny and friendly. He gave me good portions, was respectful, he apologized for the wait time as he was just returning and did he best to accommodate everyone. The young man made me feel appreciated as a customer. “the workers here are always so kind, there are new workers now but the old workers were always so welcoming, they give you big portion sizes which is worth the money, but recently the salsa and lime sauce aren’t filled all the way up which is kind of upsetting“
“We ordered for mobile pick up and it was ready by the exact time. Once we got into the store, pick up was very easy and the worker was very nice. Our burrito bowl was loaded and did not skimp out on guac. Our bowls did have little meat but everything else was an amazing portion.“
“I don’t know why the other reviews are really bad. As for my experience this Chipotle is great! Strategic location, clean bathroom, customer service respectful, but most importantly food is fresh and really good.
You just need to like a bit spicy because the chicken is a little spicy I don’t know how spicy are the other meats.
Overall, I think Chipotle is one of the best things that happened to NYC 😅🤗🤗“
“I placed an order and the app says ready for pick up 7:50 p.m. has been waiting till 8:05 and saw the guys making the order at that time while it's already says ready for pick up. Asked the cashier, she told me that there is an order ahead of me they have to make and that's it. Food is ok but customer service is not good“
“This is probably the best Chipotle in downtown Brooklyn in my honest opinion. Whenever I come here the staff are friendly and the food is always hot and fresh.
I have seen discrepancies between in person orders/online orders so if you have the opportunity to go into the store to order your food, I would 100% suggest that“
“Its a reliable location they always have good meat, but staff arent always very warm service giving. The portions are somewhat proper and theyre not too skimpy. They'll throw in a two pieces meats after the scoop, sometimes. Clean space.
I always get the chicken but i'll look for the picture. Tried the smoked brisket its aight i just stick to chicken.“

“This place is great but I really loved he food except the sour cream I asked for a little bit she put a lot and then when we where paying the total was 56$ but she said 66 dollars and said the drinks are free and gave like 5 cups even though we didn’t ask for it but it’s ok I don’t need a refund“
“They ran out of peppers and onions. I told them I'd take them raw or wait for them to cook them. They said no they literally don't have any peppers or onions at all. They also ran out of salad dressing. Those two things are major reasons I love Chipotle, and they were out of both.“
“I work in the building next door and have been going to this Chipotle 3-4 days a week for 2+ years, and this location is DIALED. I see this store as the gold standard for Chipotle stores / the Chipotle experience.
Everything is fresh and full during lunch hour, and everyone who works there is great at their job and truly cares about setting up a great experience for customers. As an example, I watch them service a huge lunch rush of high schoolers eating off-campus lunch from 12-1p daily, and they manage it all without issue.
I can't say enough good things about how on point everything is here and how solid the team is. Special shoutout to Rosie for holding down the assembly line and memorizing my order to a T.
