“It's a Chipotle. I got the new steak, and if you like your steak well done and dry like cardboard, then it's good. I prefer my steak to have a bit of red in it. It's also very, very overseasoned, which is what you would need to mask the cardboard flavor. Get the chicken instead.“
““Water cups please, not at this location” Corporate Knows, this is a bit disappointing to hear, if you want to charge for cups make it a company wide standard. Otherwise, you are forcing people here and in the UES Manhattan customers can get a water cup.“
“This is a solid chipotle spot. You're in and out, the food is good, the customer service is good and the portions are great. If you like chipotle you'll like this spot. One thing to keep in mind is service doesn't work inside. So if you want to redeem a coupon or get points make sure you have redeemed it before you go inside.“
“From zero to hero. This used to be a really bad Chipotle location. The food was consistently salty, dry, and greasy. I don’t know what happened, but this all changed a few weeks ago. Perhaps new policies or better employees and management. The food is FRESH, not over-salted and the place is clean. Possibly the best Chipotle in south Brooklyn.“

“I really enjoyed my food from this chipotle location. I see the other reviews are pretty bad but it looks like that’s because they ordered delivery. I went in the establishment to order a bowl and was pleasantly surprised when they were serving carne asade. The chips were crisp salty and delicious, not stale like some other chipotles I’ve been too. I also like how there is a parking lot right next to this location, especially on a street where there is never any parking spots.“
“I typically expect the absolute bare minimum when going into any fast or fast-ish food establishment in NYC, and mentally fortify myself to be bullied by the underpaid/overworked/underappreciated employees… but I will say I was shocked upon entering this establishment. Every single employee greeted me (go 100% female staff, yay women! Maybe that is why the experience had no problems) and they were actually PLEASANT. Yes, pleasant in Brooklyn. I was delighted, honored even. Thank you chipotle myrtle avenue for making a really good burrito but also being nice.“
“Love this chipotle! All chipotle’s are similar what differentiates them is how much food they put and the service and how fresh the food is! They usually stuff my bowl so it’s an okay price for it and the food is usually fresh which I can see in the veggies and the staff cleans and are chill. The only thing is they take a long time to get your order sometimes which is annoying.“
“I have been here multiple time food is good but either dirty or like this morning never opens on time even giving the Fedex delivery driver, who was leaving a package for the location, they didn't want to open the door for the package. As someone who manages in the food industry this is considered "leaving money on the table" and not driving the business forward to people who love in the area who may want to frequent in this spot. “Foods great , sometimes the servers can make strange eye contact and go to theback of the kitchen and laugh at other customers. Even if the are not customer service is important and looking & acting properly in font of said customers is important so you won't unfortunately bump in to one who might take certain body language wrongly and complain“

“I live a block away, I was hesitant on coming here cause of the bad reviews. I couldn’t take it no more and decided to come today I’m happy I did the food was good the cashier was pretty cool & the 2nd person that serve my food was cool as well. The first person that started my food didn’t even ask do I want a bowl or burrito home girl just picked up the bowl & asked what kind of rice I want I had to chuckle to myself cause how you going to assume that’s what I should get. Overall the food was amazing. I feel bad for everyone else that had a bad experience oh yea the place wasn’t tiddy they need to clean down the food area it was mess. It’s best to start a whole new team cause idk who running this location they need to do better!“
“I forgot how incredibly satisfying a chipotle burrito can be. I got the veggie burrito made vegan with 2x pinto beans, brown rice, fajita veggies, tomatillo salsa, corn, guac and lettuce. They honestly have some of the best tasting guac you can get, all of their veggie ingredients are so fresh and you feel so good after eating it. I love their sofritas too, but sometimes I'm craving the guac more, and it only comes free on the veggie one. Would be nice to see a healthier whole wheat or corn tortilla option available in the future, and have more of a vegan-centered menu with vegan cheese, sour cream, and a seitan / plant-based meat option.“

“Update****“More people, more hours, more money”Sunday evening and there is a huge line inside the chipotle, busy & clean. The employees are ON POINT.Food was great actually and everyone was genuinely friendly. Very happy to see business happening on this side of Broadway, makes my heart very happy Who would have thought that a few years ago not even taxis wanted to come to Brooklyn, now it has been totally transformed, we found businesses that only existed in the city, today we had to eat at @Chipotle, in their new branch in front of the Woodhull hospital.The staff is very friendly, everyone smiling and trying their little words in Spanish, even though they don't speak it. As for the food, as always very good, the one that stands out is the guacamole, the carnitas are not far behind, the prices are according to all the branches.“
“Great experience!the place is nice and clean with plenty of indoor and some outdoor seating options(sidewalk lol) the staff there is good and the food is as good as it can get for a buffet precooked food mostly and put together type of place. Everything is fresh but most things are not cooked to order(rather kept warm)it’s a great spot for high quality fast food.“
