I typically expect the absolute bare minimum when going into any fast or fast-ish food establishment in NYC, and mentally fortify myself to be bullied by the underpaid/overworked/underappreciated employees… but I will say I was shocked upon entering this establishment. Staff pays no attention. Ordered brown rice and carne asada bowl. Got white rice and NO carne asada. Found pieces of plastic. Horrible. Please don't buy anything here. The manager needs to train their staff the proper way to serve and maybe give a damn.

Went in and order double meat. Chicken and Barbacoa . The person gave me extremely small portions of chicken and Barbacoa. Even small portions of beans. I’ve been going to Chipotle for years and I know a small portion when I see one. I paid $20 for a double meat bowl and still hungry after I finished it.
