Great job ladiessss omg this was THE best steak bowl in my life. Every bite was flavorful and i didn’t wanna finish it. I made it last through 2 meals fr. The guac today?? 10/10

I typically expect the absolute bare minimum when going into any fast or fast-ish food establishment in NYC, and mentally fortify myself to be bullied by the underpaid/overworked/underappreciated employees… but I will say I was shocked upon entering this establishment. Every single employee greeted me (go 100% female staff, yay women! Maybe that is why the experience had no problems) and they were actually PLEASANT. Yes, pleasant in Brooklyn. I was delighted, honored even. Thank you chipotle myrtle avenue for making a really good burrito but also being nice.

Staff pays no attention. Ordered brown rice and carne asada bowl. Got white rice and NO carne asada. Found pieces of plastic. Horrible. Please don't buy anything here. The manager needs to train their staff the proper way to serve and maybe give a damn.

Went in and order double meat. Chicken and Barbacoa . The person gave me extremely small portions of chicken and Barbacoa. Even small portions of beans. I’ve been going to Chipotle for years and I know a small portion when I see one. I paid $20 for a double meat bowl and still hungry after I finished it.

I walked into the chipotle and walked right out. The staff at this chipotle is horrendous from the manager who creates the terrible environment. They need to restart this chipotle asap or I will discontinue going to chipotle altogether

I went in this chipotle today and the cashier tried to over charge me so be careful I would not be going back anymore because they chatt to much and they have a job to do so it would’ve been nice if they just do there job.P.s the manger came out and corrected the problem I must say.

The customer service is horrible. The staff lied about having chips & fruit for the kids meal .Gave them $2 bills to pay for my food .As giving the money in , the staff yelled out that bill wasn't accepted. When asking to see a sign saying they don't take this bill , they dismissed and threw my food on the other table .
