Order online, the line is ridiculous. Other then that staff is super nice, food is well delicious. 5☆☆☆☆☆
There are a lot of bad Chipotle’s in NYC, this one might actually be the worst.
The staff feels actively hostile towards customers.
Complete lack of care when preparing food (it was a bowl, not hard to prepare but they made it look like it).
Staff played their own music on their own speakers playing very inappropriate music and unnecessarily loud.
Truly pathetic.
