horrible experience at this chipotle location. They said they were out of veggies, brown rice etc and gave me an incomplete bowl while they had all these items available for their “online” counter. Not at all a good in person experience since clearly they dont value in person customers. Would recommend ordering online instead!

Three times in a row I have ordered fajita veggies in my burrito bowl, and they are not included. I also ordered pico de gallo and all I found were a couple onion chunks. The staff do not seem to care much about the orders. Was hoping this location could improve since it is the closest one to my apartment, but I will be going to further locations now just for a better meal.

Bizarre experience during my lunch today. After ordering food and asking for a free cup to get some water like I usually do every time I go to Chipotle. I was told, "Anything you have to pay for it." I told the worker/manager that I don't drink soda, and he insisted that I must pay for a cup to drink free tap water that comes from the machine.

Quick stop for a lunch pick up. Tried the sofritas bowl for the first time. It was ok. Service was decent. They ran out of the pepper and onion mix, which is a fave. It was around 3pm. Slightly busy, not a long wait. Staff was polite. I decided to try a different location today.

Foods great , sometimes the servers can make strange eye contact and go to theback of the kitchen and laugh at other customers. Even if the are not customer service is important and looking & acting properly in font of said customers is important so you won't unfortunately bump in to one who might take certain body language wrongly and complain

Food is always made fresh sometimes maybe a little over seasoned and undercooked but for the most it’s good. The service is fast some workers have attitudes but the stores are always clean and able to allow customers to dine.
