“When I visited the store was very clean and the line wasn't as long as usual. We'd ordered ahead for pickup and the person at the register was very helpful and courteous. He'd go and my order right away and allowed me to add and pay for an order of guac and chips. No issues, no worries, and a great meal as always! Good to go!“
“04/02/2024----- Followup-----I tried the chat with Pepper to share this experience as recommended by the store owner!1. Order confirmation number not on app so in case the email is deleted ?♀️2. They only have prefilled suggestions for what the issue could be - the closest that I got to was they l that my order not correct or something which is inaccurate3. Finally, the chat closed because my order was 7 days old!I'd thought that issuing a complaint as a customer would help allocate more resources to this location, but it was further waste of my time!!------Previous Thread------I ordered online for pickup. It was marked ready for pickup, but it took them over 10 mins to get it on the shelf. Moreover, they looked terribly understaffed and really unhappy and rushed! The restaurant was messy, and things looked generally chaotic“
