“Mayo the employee on the line is very respectful. The manager on tonight's shift kind of got frustrated at mayor lack of english but mayo kept his cool and didnt overreact. Mayo has great customer service skills. And definitely showed alot of restraint . Because I couldnt if that was me.“
“We love Chipotle but this visit was a bit disappointing. The bowl didn't look as appetizing as usual and tasted less fresh. The chips were completely cold and kinda stale, not crunchy. Didn't finish it, left large rice clumps behind.“
