Mayo the employee on the line is very respectful. The manager on tonight's shift kind of got frustrated at mayor lack of english but mayo kept his cool and didnt overreact. Mayo has great customer service skills. And definitely showed alot of restraint . Because I couldnt if that was me.
New staff kinda sucks. I never had a problem with this location but lately it seems like the line is moving slower and they’re out of everything. Guess the Kati roll around the corner will be seeing more of my lil lunchtime business. :/
