“I had an excellent experience at this Pizza Hut in Jersey City! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. My order was prepared quickly, and everything came out fresh, hot, and exactly as I requested. The pizza had the perfect balance of crispy crust, flavorful sauce, and plenty of cheese and toppings. The wings were also delicious and cooked just right.

“Pretty Good, located right off a main highway. I stop by anytime I’m in NJ, close to the Hotel in Newark. First time, I stopped in the Owner was there and had GREAT conversation, service and customer service and gave me a military discount. The second time I stopped in, owner was not there and the service wasn’t as pleasant. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t the same. The Caucasian clerk told me I couldn’t get a military discount because he’s not the owner. Then proceeded to talk about Burger King and other fast food chains not giving discounts. The food didn’t taste as good the second time probably because the experience was icky.“

“The owner or guy at the front was a pleasure to meet and clearly understands the benefit of eye contact and customer service. I ordered the cheese steak. The sandwich itself was juicy, flavorful and nice sized for the price. My issue is I wish they would wrap the sandwich in parchment paper cut in half and then wrap in the foil wrapper. The sandwich is juicy but sloppy and drips everywhere. If it were wrapped better you could enjoy the sandwich like a gentleman. Enjoyed overall and on another note I give this brother big respect. The owner at the Crown on Communipaw in Jersey City says only the fried chicken is Halal. I saw him bringing in Purdue chicken burgers. He said unless there is a Halal sign displayed the food may not be Halal...“

“Visited Turning Point on a Saturday. It was busy but they managed the crowd well. Our waiter was Jaden. I can't say enough pleasantries about this young man. He was very professional, polite and greeted us with a smile immediately. We received the same service with each request, more napkins or ready for the check. He handled all his guests the same way. The manager also visited our table to check on the service and we informed him of the amazing service we were receiving. We ordered the following and I would HIGHLY recommend everything: Stared with a cold campfire latte and a hot of the same. For food I ordered the Avocado Toast w/lobster which came with two eggs over easy and a fresh mixed green salad with a semi sweet dressing. AMAZING!!! My best friend ordered the Lobster Benny. Poached eggs over an English muffin with lobster and hollandaise sauce. I wish I had a Turning Point in my hometown. Excellent choice of employees, who are well trained to provide the best service, fresh food and the prices are appropriate for the quantity and quality of food. BRAVO!“

It’s missing pork (chicharrón) and Colombian sushi (rellena).“

But let me get to the food - the main point of this post. I came in expecting a grilled chicken salad with extra meat. When I tell you they LOADED my salad with chicken, I mean that. And absolutely grilled to perfection too. Couldn’t ask for better.

“Quick service. It always seems like hardly no one is working there but somehow they manage to make my food faster than any McDonalds I've been to. There is no drive through so Im sure that helps with the speed as other locations prioritize the drive through. While the service is quick it the cashiers aren't always courteous. They can be very mater of fact like they could care less to help you or if you buy at all. Im easy to please but it can be annoying with them having side conversations about nonsense while taking my order. I think they'd prefer for us to use the kiosk.
Restaurant is always very clean and the atmosphere is friendly.“

“I have ordered here twice - first time was 1 large Garden fresh garlic stuffed crust tomato base pizza. It was okay and the dough wasn’t cooked properly and the taste was somewhat bland. I gave this place another shot and ordered the Spinach and tomato (replaced spinach with mushrooms) garlic Parmesan crust Alfredo base pizza yesterday. The order came a bit late but the taste was really good! I would try the meat options next time.“

Room to improve: Some of the other staff can come across as rude, and I've noticed them asking for extra money if we suggest chicken legs, otherwise they will put more wings that are only bones. The space itself is small and not very welcoming to all customers. Adding a staircase and a small rooftop terrace could make it a nicer spot for families to hang out. In all the food is great to try.
