The customers are wild. Different personalities from different parts of the world. Some rude, some nice, some out of their minds, but the workers here STAY busy and focused. Manager seems strict but you have to be in this area. The workers smile and are very chill. The young Indian woman talks to every customer and kids just to keep people happy. It was super busy today but these workers kicked a** and their customer service is amazing. You gotta be tough to work in this area.
Idk how prices here are more expensive than Hoboken, but the quality of the food is substantially better. Long term customer at this McD, never had any issues with my order
Nice place. Fast service

McDonald's offers good service and a clean environment, with kind and helpful staff. The restaurant is surprisingly calm, even with the big construction project nearby, and has respectable security personnel. Despite occasional mixups, the process runs smoothly, and the service is incredibly fast. Customers appreciate the fast, filling, and easy experience, especially with super fresh fries and amazing coffee. They can use the mobile app for quick orders and unlock benefits. Wheelchair accessibility is available, but may require assistance at the front door. Some customers feel charged for extra tartar sauce, but the prices are very reasonable for the quality, making it a convenient and efficient dining option. Many customers highly recommend it for the great value for money and kid-friendliness, noting that the food is always well prepared, with perfect fry crispiness and lots of sauce on the sandwiches.
