Of course food was rated low, but for such a busy location you’d think the employees would be running around throwing orders out, but this is not the case! Every time I’ve gone in the room is clean and the people behind the counter are nothing but kind and helpful. Good service. Was charged for extra tartar sauce. Something they don't do downtown. If you guys put a decent amount on it in the first place I wouldn't have to order extra. Plus get charged for it.
