Of course food was rated low, but for such a busy location you’d think the employees would be running around throwing orders out, but this is not the case! Every time I’ve gone in the room is clean and the people behind the counter are nothing but kind and helpful. Even in cases where there might be some mixup or altercation (I’ve seen some crazy customers) everything seems to run smoothly and I always get someone asking me if I need anything. It’s fast, filling, and easy; exactly what a McDonald’s should be.

ordered on the app and they told me they didn’t have my order and had to manually print out a new receipt. got my order after 30 minutes and was missing 3 nuggets from my 20 piece. they have an attitude and don’t even want to work properly. not to mention the fact that my order is always missing something.
