“Came here while i was in town visiting a friend! I’m vegetarian so i got the holypeño burger with an impossible patty and no bacon…Omg. it was SO good. I’m not even normally an impossible burger fan, but all the toppings from the cheese to the sauce to the bun were so amazing. i also love when burger places offer cajun fries and these were delicious and well seasoned!! Anyways, easy 5 stars. that burger’s been on my mind everyday that i’ve been back home and this will probably be one of my first stops next time i come back to jersey city ??“

“Fox & Crow is the premiere Listening Venue in Jersey City. The music room is small, like a local jazz club from back in the day (think Coltrane or Monk at the 5 Spot), but that gives it a focused vibe and electric intimacy that you can't get anywhere else in JC at this time.“

“The food is nothing short of exceptional at White Star. We do not get down to this part of New Jersey often, but when we do, we always make a point to stop at either of the white star locations.

The El Camino Burger is probably my favorite thing on the menu, and the runner is their street corn.

On the beer side of things, I would like to see stronger local beer offerings. The amount of macro beers on tap make this place feel more like a dive bar instead of the upscale pub that it is.“

“This place actually makes fire wings. I’ve ordered for pickup from here twice now and both times the wings went crazyyyy. The buffalo garlic parmesan sauce on top of a bone in wing is a religious experience. They are open late and it’s my go to after work grub right now.“

“Really enjoyed my time here in the shopping mall, very accessible via Path or a convenient Uber drop off. It’s not an extremely huge mall but have very decent brands and definitely covers everything you need with more than 100 stores across health & beauty, sports, fashion, f&b, and even a cinema at the top level. 3 floors of amazing shopping options which you can easily spend half a day at! Love the presence of Macy’s, Kohl, JCPenney, and Cheesecake factory just to name a few. The 3rd floor hosts an array of food establishments as well. Only downside is that the restrooms are only located on the third floor in the entire mall which is pretty disappointing and inconvenient.“

“I stopped coming to this restaurant years ago because of an odd smell, but when a friend wanted to go, I decided to give it another shot—and I’m so glad I did! The place has completely transformed. The service was excellent, and our server, Yousry, was incredibly attentive. The drinks were spot on, and the food was fresh and delicious. I was truly impressed and will definitely be back.

“I been there many times. Food is good price is good. But my nitpicking would be that they literally never ask you about sauce options. They always just give you white sauce on top by default. Also they are consistently slow for a fast food spot. They are slow enough that I would never go there in a rush.“

“I stopped by here after getting off the train I was a little hungry I ordered boneless chicken they were a little hard I didn’t care cause I was hungry the manager ( Indian man ) saw me struggling to eat them cause they were hard came to me and apologized offer me another order and came and gave me an order of fries and apologized for a fast food restaurant I was surprised normally they don’t care I really appreciate this he was very nice that’s how you take care of your guest and I hope his establishment is very successful excellent customer service“

“The owner or guy at the front was a pleasure to meet and clearly understands the benefit of eye contact and customer service. I ordered the cheese steak. The sandwich itself was juicy, flavorful and nice sized for the price. My issue is I wish they would wrap the sandwich in parchment paper cut in half and then wrap in the foil wrapper. The sandwich is juicy but sloppy and drips everywhere. If it were wrapped better you could enjoy the sandwich like a gentleman. Enjoyed overall and on another note I give this brother big respect. He employs all black men. And as one I love seeing that. Respect brother!“

“I had a good experience at this Five Guys. Parking here is very limited, so unless you live nearby, it may be difficult to stop for food. The establishment was clean and organized, and the staff were kind. Justin K took my order, and he was considerate of my needs, along with my mother's, who was having difficulty understanding the menu.The burgers were delicious, but I wasn't a fan of the cajun fries. Seemed a little too soggy for my taste, and I did eat them almost immediately after receiving them. I suppose the food is an acquired taste, and if you enjoy it, then this is a nice spot for you.“

“This place is all misguided hype. It tasted very bland and the tender was dry in the slider. The medium heat level didn't really have any heat. Maybe that's where I messed up but it didn't have much flavor and was dry. Howlin Rays is much better than this place, I won't be back.“

I placed 3 stars on the atmosphere only because they are very busy and always full of people, so eating there is very possible, but you have people standing around waiting for their orders. you could have someone standing literally next to your table, no problems let me make that clear, just I personally can't eat with a person standing there staring at the food I am eating literally drooling cause they are hungry too?.I also would like to mention, ignore all the one-star reviews, please. I have interacted with all the staff, and believe me when I say they are people like you and me. They have bad days, too. Most of the customers I have witnessed come in with attitude and then blame the staff on the energy they give back to these rude customers. People are entitled. This place IS EXTREMELY busy, and they do a great job attempting to please each customer as best as possible. If you come in acting like an a$$hole, you will be treated like an a$$hole. You want to be treated correct? show up correct.This place is a must.
