Please train the staff. He wiped the counter with his hands and tossed the few pieces of meat into the trash without changing gloves. He then made my burrito, seemingly unsure how to wrap it. I received rice, beans, pico, red sauce, and cheese—a small portion that should be simple to handle. He did not gather the contents together, merely rolling the tortilla into a ball. Ordered 2 Bowls through the chipotle app, which got routed to DoorDash. I placed an order and got a confirmation. After waiting over an hour and a half, I contacted the driver to see the ETA of my food. The driver was a sweetheart and informed me that the manager at the store was being really nasty and not helping.

Should not be allowed to operate. First time I went here a roach was in my food. Second time I ordered delivery and my queso was curdled and rotten. I’ve never had such a bad experience at a restaurant but twice in a row I know it’s not me
