Beautiful koi fish outside parking lot in the back. Great! The fool was fantastic and you have to go there. He makes a 6-ft wedge Italian combo. You tell him how big you want it and he'll sell it. Sell it to you. It's amazing . I can't say no more”

“The girls there know very well at making special sandwiches ( I ordered the turkey melt )...I taught them a new way...to use corn pancakes between the layers...add on pistachios on the side...it was very yummy...too bad the lunch room is not well set up...it needs some deco...!!!”

“Fantastic flavors, dishes are AMAZING! We had butter chicken, fish curry, somosas, chat and everything was perfectly seasoned. Will definitely return. Service was exceptional, suggestions were on point and ambience was very warm and friendly. Thank you for the the lovely hospitality and dining experience. “Found this restaurant by accident on Friday and we love it! In fact, we went back Saturday for Churros and Sunday for dinner again. On Friday we had their Street Tacos and today we had their Tako Bowls! This may be a small place, but their flavors are not!! Amazing food and great portions! The entire staff from front and back of house are very friendly. So glad we found them and looking forward to going back! We HIGHLY recommend them!”

“Used to go the Mount Vernon shop when I was a kid, then after the fire and they moved to the Bronx..followed them down there- EVEN when the current owner bought from the gentile older man from MV... "Paul" has kept up standards. The Coco Breads are THE BOMB - I'd know, I was taught to make them at the bakery my Granny worked in Mo'bay every summer! A MUST HAVE !!!! Go out of your way. Brave the parking situation. DO IT, you will not regret it!”

“I attended a surprise party this Saturday evening. The cuisine was preselected, waiter service was excellent, should receive raises. The table arrangement was very poor. The party was downstairs in one of the private rooms. We were 25 people at one very long table, basically the length of the room, which made it difficult for guests to get around the seated persons at the head of the table on either side. Having two tables would have been a better arrangement, but one long table was not conducive for conversation since we were so far from the other end of the table. The food; not many complaints, I really didn’t have a problem. I didn’t have a lot of food, but it was delicious. The dessert, sorry not very good. Those Famous Crepes(palacinkes) sorry not that great. A lot of crepe and not a lot of filling. The dish was served with fruit, unfortunately this fruit was not in season, so the watermelon although it added color to the dish, upon tasting it, left much to be desired. Why not serve fruit that is in season? No offense to my party hosts who selected my menu for the evening, it didn’t lend itself to the 5 Star Reputation of Dubrovnik’s. I would like to make reservations and splurge on a dinner on my own, I have a feeling I would LOVE the experience! Btw, another plus was the parking!”

“I went with a group of friends for my birthday last night. It was AMAZING. The service was great, everyone was so friendly. The place itself was so clean and cute, really cool vibe. The Apps were great, Hush Puppies and Fried Calamari, yum. I did a make-your-own Seafood Boil. OH MY GOD. The New Zealand Mussels, King Crab and Dungeness Crab was out of this world in the Cajun Butter Sauce. I HIGHLY recommend this spot and will be going back.”
