“I’m not from this area but needed a good breakfast quickly, and I was not disappointed. Very straightforward setup. They were patient with me and my order was done just as I got everything into my coffee. Tell them about your allergies before you order and there is a credit card minimum, but there are plenty of signs that tell you this. Slight discount if you pay with cash, which I did. If I stop by this area again, I’m coming back here!“

“I often stop at this place for a bagel when driving to work in the morning. They have a decent variety of bagels along with many cream cheese choices. The bagels are delicious. However, they do not feel or taste as soft compared to other places. Overall, it's a nice place. Thank You.“

“I have been a loyal patron of the Brooklyn Bagel & Coffee Company for a little over one year, and I must affirm that I am a very satisfied customer! From the time I walk in, I am greeted by warm, genuine smiles from the staff and exceptional customer service. The bagels are always fresh, fluffy, and delicious! My number one order is the matcha latte with oat milk. It is such a treat! It is a good blend of matcha and milk. It doesn’t taste watered down. It is flavorful and helps me to get my day started.
By far, it is the best bagel shop in the area!“

“The best bagels in Greenwich! Warm & soft out of the oven - you cannot get any better! Wait can be long so go early or order ahead for next day! Salt and everything are my favorite and they have fun schmears if you’re feeling like trying something new.“

“This neighborhood deli is packed with character and options. I ordered a classic lox and scallion cream cheese—fresh, briny, and generously portioned. The scallion cream cheese had the perfect tang and herbal kick, complementing the lox beautifully. I also grabbed a cup of their Oreo pudding—rich, sweet, and creamy without being overly heavy. A nostalgic treat done right.
Service was friendly and warm—the staff took time to introduce different menu items and made the experience feel personal. Between the massive chalkboard menus, fresh baked goods, and deli staples, there’s clearly something for everyone.“

“Yes, they get my order wrong all the time, but it’s really the only place around here to get bagels and miscellaneous beverage options (other than Dunkin which is everywhere. Also, they open at 6. I wish they would open a little earlier. Sometimes they do. Also, the reviews that say the place could be cleaner need to travel more internationally. The place is clean compared to breakfast spots I frequented when I lived in Central/South America for 5 months!“
