Making a bad latte is one thing but giving the awful attitude that goes with a bad latte is a whole different level.
On May 3rd me and my wife ordered two lattes. I received 2” of foam (with beautiful latte art) and boiling milk underneath. I approached the barista (Austin Furnas?) and asked as kind as possible “this is boiling milk underneath, can I get another one?”.
