The service has gone down hill at By the Way Bakery lately. I am incredibly disappointed in the unclear policies and unhelpful nature of this company. As they have expanded and opened new locations, their customer service has suffered. As a parent of a child with multiple allergies, it is easier to come in and ask questions and discuss with a live person. I am NYC born & raised but moved out of state. Happened to find this amazing bakery on a visit to NYC. I am beyond pleased with ALL the treats I purchased.
Great people, the service was remarkable, the dessert were delicious. Thankyou to the Chef and Staff. My #1 spot in the 🍎.
