From the moment I approached the counter, the male barista gave off an obvious unwelcoming vibe. He seemed unfamiliar with the tea options available, simply stating they offered “just Starbucks tea”.It appeared he might have been better off not coming into work that day, as a former manager of mine used to say, “leave your problems at the door when you come into work. Consequently, I asked another barista, female with a cheerful disposition and a smile, to prepare my drink, wanting to avoid any further interaction with the male barista. I thanked her and left with my order. At these prices, regrettably, this experience has deterred me from returning to this location.

Worst service ever. Takes 15 min order a hot coffee with milk. There’s always two workers but one is ether hiding in the back or just incapable of multitasking. You can come in 10 minutes after they open and they will still not have coffee brewed but they’ll be a full-blown conversation going on between employees.

Convenient location a few feet from my hotel. The staff was very accommodating- I needed NY coffee mugs to take home for special people and the helped me out. The beverages were made quickly and perfectly.

Five people behind counter. Only two working. Other three involved in chat fest not worrying about preparing any food items for customers. Only got food by asking barista about order which finally prompted other employees to make food items
