“I stopped by after work for a quick pick-me-up and a sweet treat, and Kim and Mabel absolutely made my day! Not only were they super friendly and helpful, but they were also rocking it behind the counter while keeping the place spotless. I noticed they were cleaning up, and the whole spot looked amazing—even with a bunch of people hanging out in the seating area.
Now, let me tell you about my sugar cookie adventure. I overheard them mention they had the sugar cookie flavor in stock (which I’m OBSESSED with), and I couldn’t believe it because it’s sold out everywhere else. I’d already ordered another drink and thought I was out of luck, but these two legends came through and swapped my order with ease. I even ended up getting another drink to double down on the happiness.
Kim and Mabel went above and beyond to make sure I left with a smile (and my sugar cookie masterpiece). Seriously, they deserve all the recognition—and maybe a raise too! Thank you both for turning an ordinary day into something awesome. You’re the real MVPs!“
“I picked up my mobile order around 10 am today (Saturday). While I had to wait longer than expected after factoring in the longer wait suggested on the app, the staff working this morning was absolutely AMAZING and deserve to be praised. They were moving quickly and very clearly overworked (at one point an employee said there were 45 drinks pending). All was done with a smile and positive attitude. In particularly, I’d like to give a shout out to one employee working on mobile orders (I believe the name started with a Y). Very pleasantly surprised this morning!!“
“I love it here! I always order coffee in the morning, never food but it’s delicious. Tiffany always write a cute little message for me when I go pick up my cup in the morning. We were joking about how we only talk about the weather, the next time I came in she made the effort to ask about my life and I felt so appreciated because I love talking about myself! This is ultimately what made me decide to write a review. Staff here is very friendly and service is amazing although it depends who is working that day. If you ever see Tiffany when you walk in, just know you’re in the right hands!“
