great experience. the baristas are always so cheerful and sweet. makes for a better morning.
I went in today and Fran was very rude. Her attitude was bad and also before that nobody stepped up to take my order. I was there for over 15 minutes waiting for my order!!! The food was ok and the service was unbearable. It felt very cold and received stares from all the employees instead of a welcome.
