“Love Meat in Stamford ticked all the boxes for a great all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ restaurant. Two hours of grilled bbq meats along with banchan, stews, and side dishes. Love Meat offers two meal plans of AYCE. We opted for Set A at $42. The meal we chose offered enough variety of Korean side dishes, stews where we didn’t feel the need to go with the higher priced Set B meal option.At no time did we have to call a server to our table. They were pleasant and came to the table often to grill the meat, fill our water glasses, ask if we wanted more dishes.We like to wrap the meats inside the lettuce leaves which is about the only thing we had to ask for. Asked and received. The grill was replaced often, maybe 4 or 5 times. I enjoyed the SSAMJANG paste, salt and sesame oil/soy dipping sauce options on the meats that weren’t already marinated. We enjoyed it.The meal was both satisfying and a great way to celebrate my daughters upcoming birthday @tc_stark . My favorites were the marinated beef short ribs, ribeye, cheese corn and steamed egg. Although it was all good those were my standouts. We did not order any chicken which was also available at Set A, not fish on this option. Fish and more side dishes are offered on Set B. Something to note, there is no Wi-Fi available and the bar doesn’t open until after 3 or 4 so no cocktails until then. I’ll be back.”

The bread to meat to greenery ratio is amazing so good 10 out of 10 would recommend they have different spice levels which is a plus. definitely check them out.”

We each paid 12-13$ for all of that food. The Chefs were also saying hi and were super happy to take our orders.Burritos were 10/10. fresh salad, fresh beans, fresh avocados, good spices, good sauces. Super warm and super filling. Came across Season's which is a quite small but quaint diner/restaurant. Liz our server was so nice and welcoming. Food was great and will be definitely going back again.”

I from New Jersey so I was delighted to see all of the restaurants and how well the area is kept clean. The parking is easy.The food at the Capital Grill was not bad at all. I had a new england clam chowder and a caesar salad. It wasn't the best thing I've ever had but it was nice to sit at the bar and be the only patron. The service was extremely masterful and I found myself receiving therapy from the bartender.I will absolutely be visiting again the next time I am at the gym!”

The service was good but from the second we sat down, every single server who came to our table was trying to rushing us through. The server who was taking our order came by three times, within minutes even, though we told him we needed some time. We finally had to tell another server that we are not in a hurry and we would like to please not be rushed through our meal and out the door. After that, we were able to enjoy our time and our food and drinks.”

Water continuously filled never empty. I got the spaghetti and spicy meatball. And these I will dream about until I return! They were hands down some of the best meatballs I've ever tasted!!! And we got a pizza brought over by the owner. The place had a Sunday Italian family dinner feel not a stuffy restaurant feel at all! I cant wait to come back!”

However, they did close surprisingly early. The kitchen also closed early. So my evening was cut short but I did enjoy being here.”

This DQ does not have food which is always a downer to see. I got the heath blizzard and my bf got the butterfinger. Both were good! They came out really quickly and were already semi starting to melt making me wonder how long they had been made. You could tell at least one of the guys working was over the deal which is kind of understandable but not great to show to customers. Overall it was a great cheap treat!”

It is located somewhat on West Main Street, and it is a busy road.Anyway, I was close to trying this place on a few other occasions but have always decided against it because of this Kentucky Fried Chicken's awkward location and accessibility. Absolutely delicious and the servings are good size for both food and cocktails. This is true authentic Peruvian food. It was truly like being back there. Even the ajis were incredible. We couldn’t get enough of everything we had. That’s how good this place is. My family never thought we’d have real Peruvian food outside of Peru and this place nailed it. Only issue I had was with service being a bit slow, however, it wouldn’t deter me from returning. I also think this is a new establishment and doesn’t have a ton of tables so it makes sense not to have too many servers. I went about 6:30 PM and the place was hopping already. I didn't want to wait for a table so I took a chair at the bar. The bartender, Trevor, was eager to explain the dishes and ordering to me since this was my first time to an Asian noodle bar. He was a fantastic server.It was a toss up between Ramen and Pho, but this time I opted for the beef Ramen. Decided on the spicy dumplings for my appetizer. Both were phenomenal!!!! I thoroughly enjoyed both of these dishes. With the Ramen, the noodles were PERFECTLY al dente, so much so that I ordered a second helping of noodles to add to my Ramen. I also ordered a double order of the side Thai hot Chile's to add to my soup. (I'm a big spice fan.) Hot Sake is delicious as well.All in all, I loved this spot and will be coming back again, and again, and again!!!! It is that good!!! Run, don't walk to go and dine at the Mecha Noodle Shop! “I've been to The Americano, a new trendy eatery in downtown Stamford twice and thought it time to give this restaurant a review. Simply put, it's exceptional and thankfully, a big hit. The word of mouth has really helped since I frequently hear people talking about it. Our party of three dined on a Saturday night. Our server, I wish I knew his name, was polite, helpful, and efficient. When he brought the wrong drink (things happen) he quickly fixed the issue and was gracious throughout. We enjoyed the Burrata and Truffle Arancini as starters, and the Hangar Steak, Salmon, and Scallops with a side of truffle fries and a side of spinach. For dessert, the caramel bread pudding. For drinks, the raspberry thyme, margarita, and gimlet. Each and every item was exceptional! As a courtesy, the kind manager gave us free drink vouchers for a nightcap at the bar. The Americano is run incredibly well with a caring, knowledgeable staff and a cool hip ambiance with black, white, and red atmosphere. “I chose to come here because I was seeing a concert at the nearby park. I chose to come during happy hour, where many $12 food items were $9, and most drinks were $2 off. Now, the thing with the latter is that the drinks were $12 and up, so even with the discount, these were still not "cheap" BUT the quality of all the cocktails was above par. It's basically that the $14 cocktail is a $14 cocktail, not a $8 cocktail with inflation. Between my date and I we had 5 cocktails and all were impressive works of mixology, mostly a lot more complex and less sweet that most bars would serve. This is where someone can savor an adult beverage, not for those who like "margarita mix." The nachos were unlike any I had seen- a lot more of a dish than just a pile of ingredients on a plate. Absolutely delicious and innovative, the bean puree was outstanding and they provided more than enough chips. I'm about to go back into vegetarianism, and the organic chicken tacos were sort of a last hurrah, and possibly some of the best chicken tacos I've ever had. I literally sat quiet and savored the first few bites. I still prefer back-of-the-bodega/ food truck style Mexican food, but Tequila Escape was by far the best upscale Mexican food and drinking I have experienced in New England.”

I don’t do this often but I want to recognize my server, I don’t want to put her name in public but let’s just say it’s Sara with an S, one small issue was I did not notice a name tag. But with her service I got over that first let me tell you she had me try the French toast with strawberry and banana , I don’t like fruit much and i found out it was bomb . Also we did begin a bit shaky because Sara was doing a good job but seemed upset, I can’t go into personal details because I don’t know them. But I told her like I tell my daughter, chica wear your smile like it is your hottest clothing and make sure you show sass and confidence as a woman and men will respect you like a queen. She really took to my advice and she was smiling the entire time after. A small word of wisdom can really change a woman’s attitude and I was there for her. I hope management is good to this young lady and keeps giving her guidance and loving support as a community I did that. Keep coming back here for that French toast and I will keep making her smile, please tip your waitresses well people they work harder than most people. Also the table and the bathroom was spotless keep up the work owners.”

I got a boil of sausage, shrimp, mussels, and snow crab legs w/ shell special sauce (mild)....perfect balance of all the flavors, had a little kick (I'm not good with spice) that was a the perfect amount...spices, garlic, butter, lemon pepper, old bay mixes was great. Food was all cooked well, corn and potatoes added good substance. Fried oysters melt in your mouth as they should. Wings were good....could come just for those as a meal. Also great, very friendly service, seemed like a staff that worked well together, owner was welcoming and involved around the restaurant....definitely a place I will come back and bring friends.”

“I work nearby so I often come here after my shift ends. Amazing, amazing food. I proposed myself one year ago to try every lomo saltado I could in Fairfield county, and Acuario has the best one by far, and believe me, I've tried more than 10 Peruvian places here.The drinks are tasty too. Cris is a funny, but fast bartender and makes a real good pisco sour.The ambience is more of a standard Latino place. Expect salsa music, lots of Spanish speaking people, soccer on the TVs, and lively weekends evenings with families everywhere. I wonder if they could play more boleros or more authentic Peruvian music though lol.I give service a 4/5 because not everyone is so attentive there, but it's minimal stuff... Absolutely delicious and the servings are good size for both food and cocktails. This is true authentic Peruvian food. It was truly like being back there. Even the ajis were incredible. We couldn’t get enough of everything we had. That’s how good this place is. My family never thought we’d have real Peruvian food outside of Peru and this place nailed it. Only issue I had was with service being a bit slow, however, it wouldn’t deter me from returning. I also think this is a new establishment and doesn’t have a ton of tables so it makes sense not to have too many servers. “I've been to The Americano, a new trendy eatery in downtown Stamford twice and thought it time to give this restaurant a review. Simply put, it's exceptional and thankfully, a big hit. The word of mouth has really helped since I frequently hear people talking about it. Our party of three dined on a Saturday night. Our server, I wish I knew his name, was polite, helpful, and efficient. When he brought the wrong drink (things happen) he quickly fixed the issue and was gracious throughout. We enjoyed the Burrata and Truffle Arancini as starters, and the Hangar Steak, Salmon, and Scallops with a side of truffle fries and a side of spinach. For dessert, the caramel bread pudding. For drinks, the raspberry thyme, margarita, and gimlet. Each and every item was exceptional! As a courtesy, the kind manager gave us free drink vouchers for a nightcap at the bar. The Americano is run incredibly well with a caring, knowledgeable staff and a cool hip ambiance with black, white, and red atmosphere. It's always crowded which is proof that the restaurant is being appreciated as one of the new Stamford hits of 2023 and beyond.”
