“We ordered the vegetarian spring rolls, pan-fried pork dumplings, chicken and broccoli, and roast pork with broccoli — and were pleasantly surprised by how good everything was. The chicken and broccoli came with plenty of broccoli (which we appreciated), and the roast pork had great flavor without being fatty. The dumplings were nicely pan-fried, the spring rolls were crisp, and everything traveled well for takeout. Generous portions, easy pickup, and solid value. We’ll definitely order again.”

Tony’s staff is so accommodating, polite and friendly, often addressing customers by name and always with a warm smile.
It’s a very popular establishment but even when it’s crowded they’re quick, patient and have never gotten my special orders wrong.

On Friday we had their Street Tacos and today we had their Tako Bowls! This may be a small place, but their flavors are not!! Amazing food and great portions! “Met some out-of-town friends here on a Sat at 11a for brunch. The atmosphere is incredible, not very crowded, with lots of outdoors covered seating. I got the farmer’s omelette which was nothing special. However, the ceviche was outstanding and flavorful. I highly recommend. My wife got the Fennel Avocado salad and octopus appetizer. She loved both. She only wished the fennel pieces were cut in thirds. The portions are average in size and prices more akin to NYC than Rye. But overall we were happy.”

“My husband and I recently hosted our baby shower for our first baby at Flinder's last weekend (3/21/26), and we couldn't have been happier with the experience. We hosted roughly 55 people and utilized the entire restaurant for our private event (restaurant buyout). From the onset, Ross and Eric (Mgr. + Assistant Mgr.) were incredibly friendly, responsive to all my questions via email, and agreed to meet not once, but TWICE in-person to ensure all details were accounted for, and that our requests would be accommodated. The event ran smoothly because of their professionalism and attention to detail. During the event, the kitchen, bar, and wait staff were incredibly attentive, kind, friendly, and honestly felt like part of the party the entire time. Our family and friends raved about the entire experience, including the service, the food, and the configuration of the space. We left smiling from ear-to-ear, and are incredibly grateful to everyone at Flinder's for helping to make our baby shower a great success!”

I had some time to kill so I started asking Charlotte about why my homemade sourdough bread wasn't successful. She called Raphael over who, while he didn't share his secret receipe, he helped me understand the reasons why my bread wasn't full of air and getting any "oven lift." They were both so gracious with their time and experience......I hope they will consider offering cooking classes at some point. Absolute class act people!”

I recommend reservations as it can fill up quickly. On our first trip there we tried the lobster shooters which are a must try. Basically you get a piece of lobster in a shot glass with a coconut curry concoction.. take the shot and boom 🤯 what a creative amazing app! We also had the salt and pepper cod over garlicky fried rice and their shaken beef dish! Both dishes were prepared with one thought in mind! perfection. They have a pretty neat dessert collection that you won’t find on most menus, you can say it’s unique to this restaurant. The coco panna cotta, key lime pie, passion fruit pavlova and my absolute favorite the coconut tapioca pudding! All prepared in house. Other must try’s are the Rockstar shrimp which is fried popcorn shrimp, iceberg lettuce, sweet chili sauce, lime. Both shrimp and veggie pan fried dumplings, the rooster wings and the late great lemongrass mussels. My hands down favorite dish had to the steak frittes which comes szechuan maitre'd butter, french fries, spicy mayo! Honorable mention on their lunch menu for me is the Bahn Mi sandwich My wife loves the Vietnamese crepe - This is a must try if offered, this was made famous and can be seen featured in one of the episodes of Beat Bobby Flay! Where the chef took down the world renown celebrity chef to beat Bobby Flay! In short a great spot to have a nice date, or even celebrate a birthday! And on nice days you can sit outside in their outdoor patio area.”
