The chicken did not taste fresh at all—it honestly seemed like it had been cooked the day before or possibly even earlier and then reheated. The overall quality was very disappointing, and I couldn't enjoy the meal. I definitely expected much better.”

“We ordered the vegetarian spring rolls, pan-fried pork dumplings, chicken and broccoli, and roast pork with broccoli — and were pleasantly surprised by how good everything was. The chicken and broccoli came with plenty of broccoli (which we appreciated), and the roast pork had great flavor without being fatty. The dumplings were nicely pan-fried, the spring rolls were crisp, and everything traveled well for takeout. Generous portions, easy pickup, and solid value. We’ll definitely order again.”

“Recently held a conference in this hotel and the entire staff at this hotel made it amazing! From the delicious catering to the rooms and amenities, we had a fantastic experience! Dinner at Tony’s was incredible and it was even more amazing when Tony came and played a trivia game with all of us! The laughter and fun we had was just what we needed and it really was fantastic! Their creative menu offers so many delicious choices. They’ve got everything and then some. A perfect choice for a catered breakfast and lunch.
Tony’s staff is so accommodating, polite and friendly, often addressing customers by name and always with a warm smile.
It’s a very popular establishment but even when it’s crowded they’re quick, patient and have never gotten my special orders wrong.

On Friday we had their Street Tacos and today we had their Tako Bowls! This may be a small place, but their flavors are not!! Amazing food and great portions! We feel like for the price per person, the dessert should be a bit more elevated than ice cream that was most likely store bought. “Raphael's Bakery is the absolute best! I was in town from NorCal and I stopped by to meet a friend in Greenwich. I had some time to kill so I started asking Charlotte about why my homemade sourdough bread wasn't successful. She called Raphael over who, while he didn't share his secret receipe, he helped me understand the reasons why my bread wasn't full of air and getting any "oven lift." They were both so gracious with their time and experience......I hope they will consider offering cooking classes at some point. Absolute class act people!”

“Honestly, I didn’t expect to have an experience like this in Stamford. My friends and I came to Teff not really knowing what to expect, and we ended up being genuinely impressed.

The Ethiopian and Eritrean food was full of flavor, the spices were on point, and everything felt fresh and beautifully presented. I especially loved the experience of sharing the food and eating it with injera — it made the whole dinner feel different from the usual restaurant experience.

The non-alcoholic ginger beer was also a really nice touch and went perfectly with the food. 🫚

Great food, great atmosphere, and a really unique experience. If you’ve never tried Ethiopian or Eritrean food before, I’d definitely recommend giving Teff a shot. I’m glad we found this place. 🇪🇹❤”

“I recently discovered this gem of a place close to home. The space is cozy and peaceful, and the staff are wonderfully friendly and welcoming. The food is outstanding in every way—from the vibrant presentation and colors to the rich flavors and generous portions. Given the quality and size of the meals, the prices are fantastic. I tried the carnitas plate and the birria tacos, and both were delicious. I’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu. “My husband and I recently hosted our baby shower for our first baby at Flinder's last weekend (3/21/26), and we couldn't have been happier with the experience. We hosted roughly 55 people and utilized the entire restaurant for our private event (restaurant buyout). From the onset, Ross and Eric (Mgr. + Assistant Mgr.) were incredibly friendly, responsive to all my questions via email, and agreed to meet not once, but TWICE in-person to ensure all details were accounted for, and that our requests would be accommodated. The event ran smoothly because of their professionalism and attention to detail. During the event, the kitchen, bar, and wait staff were incredibly attentive, kind, friendly, and honestly felt like part of the party the entire time. Our family and friends raved about the entire experience, including the service, the food, and the configuration of the space. We left smiling from ear-to-ear, and are incredibly grateful to everyone at Flinder's for helping to make our baby shower a great success!”
