“Pretty solid bento box for lunch and also good beef chow fun and beef lo mein. When the beef was overly grilled, they re-cooked a new portion for us. While I don't like the hard jelly bubbles in the bubble tea, at least it wasn't too sweet.”

“My first time in Old Greenwich called for a tea, and Joe's Studio Cafe pleasantly satisfied my need for one. I was captivated by the quaint nature of the shop's exterior, which compelled me to step inside and discover more. To my surprise, the atmosphere completely changed upon walking in. The low-lighting, sunken arm-chairs, minimalist decor, and two different kinds of wall paper made me feel as if I was in a hip organic store. One that I would not have expected to be found in Old Greenwich, which made this cafe all the more unique. My boyfriend ordered an Earl Grey tea and it was perfect! He especially liked how the tea bag was a filter, an essential must-have when getting tea. The service was quick and the staff were friendly. I'm pleased to know that Joe's Studio Cafe exists in Old Greenwich, as I can come back in the future to show my friends and family who will appreciate it just as much as I do. :)”

“Small pizzeria/restaurant on Sound Beach Ave. No neon lights. Easy to miss. One night I didn't feel like driving home and cooking, and wasn't dressed for fancy.Simple, clean with4 or5 booths for seating. Looks to be family owned and run. Very nice staff. Menu covered all the Italian favorites and some. Each time we go back we try a different dish and pizza. So far everything we've tried was really very well prepared, better than some more expensive Italian restaurants we've gone to.Their chefs know how Italian food is supposed to be prepared and taste, from the pizza crust to the different sauces on the dinners. The Bronx pizza and Chicken Franchese are two favorites.After your done eating, you be pleasantly surprised by the bill. Re Napoli earns a high place on our restaurant list.”

“We held a private event for about 25 people last weekend in the upstairs space at Two25 and I could not have been more pleased! Leading up to our event, Andrea was very helpful and responsive, and the rest of the staff was just as incredible day-of. They were attentive to us and our guests (adults and children alike), regularly checking in to make sure everything was going well and everyone had what they needed. The restaurant is beautiful and the food was fantastic. It was the perfect place for our event, and we'll absolutely be back next time we're in the area!”

“Raphaël's is far and away the best bakery I've ever been to. To begin with, the quality of the food is absolutely top notch across the board. I never had anything less than delicious from there and they offer a wide variety of options. From traditional French baked goods to chocolate matzo toffee bars to chocolate cookie croissants, there's always something for everyone. The ingredients are also high quality and they don't pack in any junk or preservatives (unlike grocery store bought bread which has an unnaturally long shelf life). I also love how easy is it to get here. They're right off Greenwich Ave and the area is quiet and serene. Well, quiet- ish. Since the day they opened their doors, Raphaël's often has a line out the door. Which is amazing because they opened their doors during Covid in middle of the winter - when most businesses were failing and closing. That should tell you something right there. Still, they're very efficient with checking out patrons and the line moves pretty fast so don't let that scare you away. It's absolutely worth the few minute wait if theres a line. I think Raphaël's continues to be so popular not just because they have great baked goods and a lovely location but they're also the nicest people I've ever met. The bakery is run by a wonderful French family that makes every visit here such a pleasure. If you want to support a local business while enjoying the best croissant you'll ever eat, you need to stop by Raphaël's. You will not regret it.”

There was a real variety of clientele from dates to families to a private event going on in their wine room (well-separated from the restaurant, just got a peek). “I just stopped for lunch. Not from the area and never heard of this place. I work construction all over Connecticut. We were working right down the street. Being pressed for time I decided to stop. I ordered a burger and fries to go. Within 10 minutes I was walking out the door. Food in hand. And I have to say for the same price as a meal deal from McDonald’s I had one of if not the BEST burger ever!! This place is awesome!! I will be back!”

“This cafe is incredible! The ambiance is so relaxed, clean and open. The drinks are very interested, delicious and well crafted. If you go, you have to try the pistachio croissant. This is hands down the best croissant I've ever had in my life. It's got the perfect texture, perfectly balanced flavor of pistachios, butter and almond. I cannot recommend this place enough. “The moment you walk through the door, the smell is captivating. It's lures you to the wonderful cashiers who always have a wonderful smile on their face. I never see them miserable, such inviting workers, and they know their regulars.I usually have their Sticky Bun and Chocolate Swirl. The sticky bun flavor profile is breathtaking, the bread is tender and sweet, the glaze on top is amazing, and I couldn't have asked for a better pastry to start my morning. The chocolate swirl is just as good. The flaky bread and smoothness of the chocolate add a really nice feel for the pastry. I believe there is cream inside, too. If I could ask a question, I'd ask if they added cream and what kind? It's just that good!Parking: On the side of the building I believe there is parking as well in front of the store.”
