Sushi Soba offers a cozy environment good for a relaxing dining experience. Although the food is good, it could benefit from incorporating more fresh ingredients to elevate the flavors. The staff, while not unfriendly, could work on being more engaging to create a more welcoming atmosphere. Sushi Soba is one of our favorite sushi spots! They are always so kind, keep a clean restaurant and the food arrives quickly. They offer great lunch specials too, though we often love to come for a sit down dinner.They have a large menu and also serve alcohol.We usually get a few rolls and my husband loves the shrimp pineapple friend rice. Every single dish we ordered was perfection! The staff is very knowledgeable about the menu, and they will let you know what options are veganizable. We got the veggie lo mein without oyster sauce, miso soup, Malaysian curry ramen soup, veggie and tofu teriyaki and veggie spring rolls, and they were all delicious and packed with vegetables. Highly recommend!
