I ordered a classic Cobb salad. It's usually the salad that I order. I did it over the app. I walked in and was totally ignored while they were playing around behind the counter. I grabbed my salad or fork and some napkins and left. I did not get offered bread. Nobody acknowledged that I even walked in. I miss chauffeur and I got in my car and drove to Manhattan. Stopped for lunch today on our way to Boston from JFK (flew in from Seattle for the race)... enjoying our food as a car came crashing through the window. Traumatizing for many, especially the elderly driver, but the staff did everything right. Checking on customers and the driver, gave up an apron for a tourniquet! Very thoughtful, kind, professional. Thank you!
