The service was amazing especially due to the circumstances that the employee was under the manager and about four other employees were behind her and no one stepped in to help her with five people behind me it was ridiculous. Someone could have been cleaning off of the line or restocking it especially the manager. The woman employee kept her composure no matter what and delivered amazing service. I used to love this location. I havent visited for a few months and now it completely changed. I literally just walked in to order a bowl on the line (after waiting 10 min) and asked for a chicken bowl with onions and peppers, and they said they were “out” of the veggies but still had it for those who ordered takeout. She refused to walk 10 feet backwards to scoop up some onions and peppers for my bowl saying it was “only for takeout”. I dont know where corporate finds...read full review

Whats the point of ordering ahead if I'm still going to be waiting another additional 45 minutes then get attitude for asking for your order. The store was dirty and not a good vibe at all.
