“We just ate there - what spectacular sushi. Everything was incredibly fresh, we had the table service which was quite filling, look forward to trying the counter service when we’re extra hungry. I love the straightforward style - top notch excellent sushi, fresh, no frills. Absolutely every piece was amazing, no “fillers” or off pieces. We like Miku for takeout but this is special for a date night, Greenwich truly is spoiled for top level sushi.”
“We just hosted a big event at the Townhouse and it was amazing! Dana is a joy to work with, her team was professional, and the food delicious. My vendors loved working with them also!!”
“Great service. Waiter was lovely! The Bibb salad with melon was absolutely delicious! The meatballs were tasty too! The mortadella pizza was fine. It was a bit salty for my liking. A mortadella pizza is one of my favorites and I felt like this missed the mark. The branzino was not tasty. It was dry and overcooked. Our cocktails were delicious! Each one had a unique flavor and not something every restaurant could make! Nice ambiance and child friendly.”
“I’ve dined here a few times… the vibe is pretty awesome, laid back and welcoming. The family owned restaurant offers a great selection from Chef Adrian’s awesome vision of French and south East Asian cuisine ! Pretty cool combo. When you arrive you’re greeted and seated. I recommend reservations as it can fill up quickly. On our first trip there we tried the lobster shooters which are a must try. Basically you get a piece of lobster in a shot glass with a coconut curry concoction.. take the shot and boom 🤯 what a creative amazing app! We also had the salt and pepper cod over garlicky fried rice and their shaken beef dish! Both dishes were prepared with one thought in mind! perfection. They have a pretty neat dessert collection that you won’t find on most menus, you can say it’s unique to this restaurant. The coco panna cotta, key lime pie, passion fruit pavlova and my absolute favorite the coconut tapioca pudding! All prepared in house. Other must try’s are the Rockstar shrimp which is fried popcorn shrimp, iceberg lettuce, sweet chili sauce, lime. Both shrimp and veggie pan fried dumplings, the rooster wings and the late great lemongrass mussels. My hands down favorite dish had to the steak frittes which comes szechuan maitre'd butter, french fries, spicy mayo! Honorable mention on their lunch menu for me is the Bahn Mi sandwich My wife loves the Vietnamese crepe - This is a must try if offered, this was made famous and can be seen featured in one of the episodes of Beat Bobby Flay! Where the chef took down the world renown celebrity chef to beat Bobby Flay! In short a great spot to have a nice date, or even celebrate a birthday! And on nice days you can sit outside in their outdoor patio area.”

“Raphael's Bakery is the absolute best! I was in town from NorCal and I stopped by to meet a friend in Greenwich. I had some time to kill so I started asking Charlotte about why my homemade sourdough bread wasn't successful. She called Raphael over who, while he didn't share his secret receipe, he helped me understand the reasons why my bread wasn't full of air and getting any "oven lift." They were both so gracious with their time and experience......I hope they will consider offering cooking classes at some point. Absolute class act people!”

“Don’t let some of these other reviews fool you, this is the best poke place in Greenwich and never they miss! The poke is always so fresh and delicious and the portions are very generous. I have dined in, ordered ahead for pickup, as well as for delivery using Uber Eats and I have no complaints. They have lots of great options for sauces, mix-ins and toppings and the flavors are so amazing every time. I have also tried their Thai tea boba here and it was perfect, not too sweet and not too bitter as some places can be. The service is always very fast and the restaurant itself is quaint but very clean and comfortable for dates or small groups.”
“Presentation and taste is key. Le Penguin nailed it. Excellent food and cocktails. Servers are very attentive and professional.”

“Good food - good lunch set, good value for Greenwich. The dim sum special is great with lobster dumpling, shrimp dumplings and roast pork bun, hainan chicken is half a chicken with rice and sides. Nice ambience it was an italian restaurant before, so decor is very grand for a chinese restaurant, feels luxury!”
“I’m absolutely obsessed with Constantino’s Pasta Bowls! I’ve been there a bunch of times and each one did not disappoint. Yesterday I had one of my favorites Chicken Scarp and it was amazing. Service was impeccable and owners were delightful and kind people. I felt like I was with family.”
“Exceptional dining experience! The atmosphere was perfect, and the staff were warm and attentive while providing timely service. The food did not disappoint. Our table ordered appetizers, lobster ravioli, arugula salad with shrimp and veal scallopini. We look forward to our next opportunity to visit!”
“What a delightful place to host a party! The outdoor patio is enclosed just in case of inclement weather. The view is spectacular, right on the golf course. Food is delicious and the people working there are so accommodating and easy to work with. We hosted a party for 75+ people and it was fantastic!!!”
“Food was delicious. My order was to go and it was nicely packaged and did I say delicious?”
Takeout Restaurants
“I recently bought the Earl Grey Tea and Berry Cornbread at my local Kroger store and was blown away! The richness and the flavor profiles were out of this world, especially the latter flavor of the two. It’s dangerous to know the Kroger store is only five minutes from my house. I’ll definitely be trying other flavors.”
“Whenever my family and I are in town, a visit to Black Forest Pastry Shop is a must! The staff is always incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making every visit a pleasant experience.
The truffles are our absolute favorite—rich, delicious, and beautifully crafted. Everything we've tried has been fresh and high quality, and it's clear that a lot of care goes into their products. We always look forward to stopping by when we're in the area and highly recommend it to anyone visiting or local!”
“Great local bar. The limited food that they have is excellent. Mainly Pizza and salads, but the piece is phenomenal in the salads Look excellent. Service is great , and prices are extremely reasonable. Please men are drinking people. And I definitely go to this place whenever in the area”
“Ordered(takeout) a plain cheese and a side of house salad just to try them out. Pizza came out well and salad was of good quality greens. I will be going back and dine-in to try fresh out of the oven pizza next time.
(Newer posting Dec. 2025)
This time, I took my family of 6 to dine in at the place. As soon as we walked in, a middle age looking female staff or the owner(I’m not sure) started directing me where to sit & calling me “Hey buddy!…)
To me this is not acceptable but I decided to ignore it as we were in a holiday mood. She took our order and forgot a couple of our drinks. As we waited and waited.. finally we flagged her over to ask about our drinks. That’s when she brought the drinks over, no apologies. By this time our holiday spirits begin to wind down. The place is small and there weren’t that many people inside as there were a lot more people picking up their foods. She never came back to check on us during our time. I know that we weren’t eating at a fancy 4 star restaurant but eating pizza and salads but we felt pretty disappointed for their dine in experience and for that I am taking off 2 stars each in service and the atmosphere.”

“Came here on a last minute date night. Cocktails were delicious, food was outstanding. Such a gorgeous meal in a chic ambience. Restaurant was buzzing but could also easily talk with my husband. Highly recommend for picture perfect date night.”

“Absolutely fantastic experience! We started with the mozzarella sticks, which were perfectly crispy and came with honey for dipping—a unique touch that was surprisingly delicious. The Caesar salad was fresh and flavorful.
For pizza, we tried the Killer Bee and the Chicken Vodka, and both were outstanding. The flavors were incredible, and you can tell they use quality ingredients.
The real surprise was the cheesesteak—it was out of this world! The bread is made from their pizza dough, which takes it to another level.
On top of the amazing food, the owner and everyone working there were so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely appreciative of their customers. Great food, great people, and a great atmosphere. This place is definitely a must-try!”
“Christine went above and beyond to provide a beautiful, delicious, kosher cake for our (Orthodox) synagogue event. Although not a kosher caterer, she worked with a certified kosher baker (who does not deliver direct to consumers in CT) and designed a beautiful inscription and decoration using Hebrew spelling I provided. The cake met every aesthetic, ritual, and gustatory requirement, and Christine could not have been more responsive and helpful!”
“Two people in our party, Friday evening, no reservation, but we were seated promptly, choosing to sit at the bar. The service and the food was very good. We commented to the owner/manager about one dish we didn't love, a jalapeno yellowtail ponzu (sauce was over powering) and we were given six sashimi slices of yellowtail on the house to assure our satisfaction. A nice gesture that was not expected or necessary but shows the attention to customer service. Lots of choices for cold sake, fresh fish, great customer service. A win!”
“Quaint little Thai spot at bottom of Greenwich Ave. These folks are very friendly and have always treated my friends & I well. One time I had a train to catch in 10 minutes & they made me some spring rolls so fast that I didn’t even finish talking to the server at front ! Besides that, their duck and pad thai dishes are phenomenal.”

“This place has the best pasta I've had in a while! The flavors are on point, and the atmosphere is cozy—perfect for a date night or dinner with friends. Can't wait to go back and try more of their menu!”

“Constantino’s makes the perfect pizza. The ingredients are so fresh and the customer service experience is the cherry on top. We went for the soft opening a few weeks back and the atmosphere was so family oriented and welcoming. Some of the best pizza I have had! They have a bunch of different kinds but the grandma pizza and the plain pizza are out of this world! You have to try this place. Mike the owner is absolutely wonderful and knows what really good pizza is.”
“It was my first time there and I got a barbecue chicken slice and a chicken Caesar salad slice. The slices were big and it was amazing and The prices are great and the atmosphere was lovely. I don’t live in the area but they gained a customer. Everyone go to PLANET PIZZA 💯💯💯”
“Had a delightful lunch today at the 41st St location. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. The dressing on the greens that comes with the sandwiches was to die for! Atmosphere was quaint and inviting. Staff was exceptionally attentive and polite even though it was busy! We can’t wait to go back!”
“Stumbled upon this amazing spot! Great service, ambience & food. Suzie was so friendly & the customers that were local, made our day!
The only thing I have to mention is that the menu on the clipboard is very odd. A rubberband?! That needs to be changed & the awful clipboard 📋 for payment.
We will definitely be back!”
“MyMyx has been a welcome addition to the downtown area. It gives us health conscious people a fast food choice & offers a wide variety of yummy choices. I always grab a yummy salad & some energy bites for fuel on the run!! Shout out to the amazing staff!! They deliver your meal with a smile 😊 👏🏻👏🏻”
“Great customer service! Mary Carmen helped me today, and after I told her I was learning Spanish, she encouraged me to order in Spanish and practice with her while she made my sandwich. She was so patient, kind, and encouraging, and she made me feel completely comfortable. It turned a quick stop at Subway into such a memorable experience. She clearly cares about her customers. Thank you, Mary Carmen!”
“The food. service & atmosphere was fantastic. this was my first visit & I will be back. I highly recommend this restaurant.”
“Exceptional dining experience! The atmosphere was perfect, and the staff were warm and attentive while providing timely service. The food did not disappoint. “Great Quality Food and I can honestly say that as I grew up and live in Manhattan most of my life.”

“Your delicate, delicious cannelloni was the best I've ever had outside of Italy. And it was as good, if not better, than any I've had in Italy! Grazie tanto!!!”

“this is the BEST chipotle I have been to! I am a regular at chipotles and over the past year the quality and service has been awful. This location however gave Chipotle redemption! The food was SO fresh and even at 10 PM, they were stocked with all the items. Usually when I go that late, employees say they are out of items. Not here! I can’t eat dairy and the nice lady working got out a brand new container of guac that had no cross contamination. KUDOS TO THE WORKERS 12/13.”

“We stopped as a rest on a long drive. The bathroom was partially out of service, meaning a long wait. It took 10 minutes to get fries even though they were already made, and there were a ton of people behind the counter. It does look like a lot of people put in online orders, but I was surprised at the delays.”
