One time I had a train to catch in 10 minutes & they made me some spring rolls so fast that I didn’t even finish talking to the server at front ! We commented to the owner/manager about one dish we didn't love, a jalapeno yellowtail ponzu (sauce was over powering) and we were given six sashimi slices of yellowtail on the house to assure our satisfaction. “I stopped at Durian on a whim while searching for food nearby, and I’m so glad I did! Initially, I was a little hesitant, but it turned out to be one of the best decisions I made for lunch that day.

The lunch special is not only reasonably priced but also offers a fantastic variety of dishes: chicken, shrimp, steak — heads up: the shrimp is at an extra cost though. The portion sizes are generous.

The staff is genuinely warm, funny, and kind, making you feel right at home. Dinning option available. They go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience, which is a rarity these days. example; i’m allergic to poultry and eggs. when ordering the tea she double checked if my egg allergy is tried with diary such as milk. That was so thoughtful!
