“One of my dear friends surprised me and my wife with Nit Noi delivery while we were sick. The broth is ASTOUNDING. Drinking it feels like drinking the energy of home. The shredded chicken and fresh veggies that came with the broth were incredible, too. So fresh and delicious. You can feel the love, care, and intentionality poured into the food. Can’t wait to continue to enjoy Nit Noi! Thank you for providing such a nourish, healthy meal! ??“
“Went for lunch and there was a sign that you can get spring rolls or crab Rangoon with the lunch special. The crab Rangoon were delicious!!! I love that you can adjust the spice level if you want to make a spicy dish more mild. The server shared that info with us bc some of the menu items designated dishes as spicy. We tried drunken noodles with beef. The meat was tender and the spice amount (we asked for medium heat) was spot on. We also tried the crispy duck. Server was friendly and food was good proportions.“
“Love this restaurant. Their friendly service is something you do not see much of these days. They take tremendous pride in their food and the chef lives up to the task. Really fun dining experience. Don't forget to ask for the home made chili crisp spice! Great value for lunch. I go there and get take out 2-3 x per month.“
“Brought 2 friends here for lunch last week and the food, service, ambiance and fish quality were top notch. We ordered and share the 3-roll lunch special, pad see ew, sashimi plate and papaya salad. All fresh and delicious and it was plenty for the 3 of us. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back to try more of the Thai dishes.“
“Randomly picked this place from google maps on the way home from NY and what a great little place. The place was super clean and ambience was perfect. The food was amazing and very tasty. We had the vegetable soup, steam pork dumplings, crispy spring rolls, chicken pad thai, and beef hot basil. And the server was very pleasant and attentive. Definitely a great little spot to visit again and recommend.“
“I ordered delivery so I cannot speak to the service or atmosphere but the food was great. The basil duck was very good and the spice level "hot" was actually spicy. They put a ton of duck in the order especially compared to the same dish at other local Thai places. I will order or visit again but would leave out the Tom Yum soup. It had delicious broth but barely had any of the vegetables that were supposed to be there.“
“Great little Thai place in downtown Stamford. Flavorful dishes, good service and reasonable prices make this place worth visiting often. Had the sweet corn soup, Drunken noodles with Chicken, Basil Shrimp and Green curry with vegetables. Something for every palate in our group of 6. Finally we topped it off with fried bananas with ice cream, and mango ice cream. Will definitely visit again soon.“
“Don’t know who needs to hear this but this is the spot for Thai take out in CT.I don’t look at the menu anymore (I’m sure the other food is great) but my order is: papaya salad, pad see ew chicken (but I think the picture actually shows pad kee mao that’s my b), vegetable green curry, and shaking beef. Hits all categories and is well-balanced.The food comes out fast and I always do take out. The parking to pick it up is actually quite a pain given where they are located. But it’s worth it!“
“Vanessa (owner) is the best. She clearly cares about quality and Kampei II delivers. It’s always fresh, always hot, and always delicious. Can’t go wrong with anything whether you go for the Chinese menu or Japanese/sushi. Order with confidence and enjoy!“
“We have ordered delivery directly from this restaurant twice now, and both times it's been consistently delicious. Their summer rolls are made fresh and the rice paper is still soft; the tom yum soup is complex and spicy (even the "medium" made me hiccup!); the peanut sauce that accompanies the Pra Ram is coconut/peanut heaven. We look forward to trying more of their menu.Vegetarian options: Everything can be made with tofu or just vegetables.“
“This place is the best!! The chicken was very crispy and the sauce was tasty. You could easily tell that the sushi was fresh. I requested the drunken noodles to be extra spicy and they were the perfect amount of spice. I highly recommend Asia Hamachi!“
“Ordered from Grubhub. Was fast and hot. I had the pad see ew which I thought was less flavorful than should be. Also at the upper limit of what to expect for price. I would consider looking somewhere else for Thai food although it's not a bad last resort.“
“Having recently moved to Norwalk, we have tried several of the local Thai places and so far Boom Thai has become a favorite. We dined in on our first visit and as other reviews noted, the table service is not the most attentive, simply because the volume of takeout they do is a distraction for the wait staff. Subsequently, we just order takeout too. Food quality is consistently high. And the staff is welcoming and friendly. We like things spicy and don't have to say "Extra, Extra Hot." Just "Spicy" is hot enough here. So if you don't want it hot, definitely say so. Prices seem a little on the high side to me, but portions are fairly large. It's a reasonable value for the quality they deliver.“
